Forever Donut Bagel — Restaurant in Arlington

2/8/2024, I live 2 min from this donut shop, literally come here 4 to 5 times a week My experience when I come rather it's my boys, husband or myself we never have a issue, NEVER the LADIES are just the sweetest and o so patient ✨️ This morning it was a man that opened the shop with the ugliest attuide smh.. 1st things 1st they open at 5am my husband and I made it at 5:10am.. as we are walking up I tell my husband o no they closed.. well we get to the door and we see 2 men inside, one is dropping his load off and literally walking out the door, so my husband asks the man that is working what time will ya'll be open.. he rudely says "I don't know get out" ummm sir what in the lleh is wrong with you and where are my ladies at because I am one to quickly write a review and never shop at your establishment AGAIN!! The fact that u are even here is pissing me off, your attitude alone ran 5 other people off that had something bad to say about how u rudely told my husband to "GET OUT" Now rather us 5 people made a difference to your pockets or not if you can not handle your business at 5am then u probably should have just not came in and let the ladies just open up late verses being loud and telling us to get out... that's me and 5 other humans that heard u and all of us said the same thing "well we won't be coming back here" or my favorite "WHERE ARE THE SWEET WOMEN THAT NORMALLY OPEN" SIR U SUCK, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH AND PLEASE LET THE LADIES CONTINUE TO OPEN BEFORE FOREVER DONUTS NO LONGER RECEIVE US THE PEOPLE SERVICE IN CASE NOBODY HAS EVER TAUGHT YOU OR TOLD YOU IN YOUR 50 TO 60 YEARS OF LIVING ITS A WAY TO TALK TO PEOPLE RATHER YOU LIKE THEM OR NOT, RATHER U ARE HAVING A BAD DAY OR NOT IT IS A WAY TO TALK TO OTHER HUMANS‼️‼️ THAT TONE AND ATTITUDE MIGHT WORK FOR YOUR WIFE AND KIDS BUT IT DAMN SURE DOES NOT WORK FOR ME OR THE 5 OTHER PEOPLE THAT SIMPLY JUST WANTED SOME DONUTS THIS MORNING THANK YOU VERY MUCH MR RUDE SSA TRY AND FIND A BETTER HAPPY PLACE BECAUSE CLEARLY FOREVER DONUTS IS NOT WHERE YOUR MENTAL IS AT DO BETTER, MY PETTINESS WANTED TO COME BACK AND ORDER A BUNCH OF STUFF JUST TO TURN AROUND AND SAY I DIDNT WANT IT AND EXPLAIN WHY I DIDNT WANT THEM.. BUT ITS DEFINITELY NOT THE WOMEN FAULT THAT HE WAS A COMPLETE AHOLE... SO IMMA JUST LEAVE MY REVIEW AND TAKE MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE HOPEFULLY NEXT WEEK WILL BE BETTER BUT THIS WEEK I DONT WANT ANYTHING FROM THAT RUDEE SSA GROWN HE BOY

I ordered from here through doordash and well they forgot like three doughnuts I had ordered. Whatever no big deal. But one of the filled doughnuts I had ordered the cream was sour and gross and it made me very sick. When I called the number on google it was obviously someone’s personal phone number. They abruptly told me someone will call me back and when I got a call back the woman I spoke to didn’t really seem to care that much. I was wasn’t even mad. It happens I work in customer service things happen. But when it comes to food safety that is a big concern especially since I am pregnant and my baby and I can get really sick from something like that. Definitely will never order...

I've been 2-3 times at this point and the store was always clean/pristine, well stocked, and had good customer service. The donuts were pretty tasty of course and they always have some more colorful options if traditional glazed aren't your cup of tea. I especially like their glazed cake donuts (the denser ones/more crumb) with their touch of lemon zest/flavor that really rounds them out.
