RACIST!! WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A DIFFERENT ETHNICITY. Upon entering the restaurant we were not even greeted, I wasn’t sure if they were suppose to seat us or if we order at the register first so I asked and one employee just blankly stared at us, and the other just smiled and walked away, which is FINE because what if they didn’t know English, our group consisted of 4 asian people and our Hispanic friend, Nicole. Keep in mind we aren’t being loud or obnoxious and we ordered one tab so it would just be easier for them to put the order in. We walked to the counter and there was 2 people taking our order it took us literally not even 2 minutes for us to order because we knew what we wanted, my cousin walks up to the counter and the WHOLE time we are ordering the two workers are MUGGING US BAD, IT WAS VERY NOTICEABLE, we asked for 10 trompo tacos and I believe half on flour tortilla and they lady tells us that they are out, which is understandable, so we’re like okay all corn is okay, and as soon as our friend Nicole walked up and to take the receipt and say thank you they immediately smiled at her, and went straight back to mugging us. As we are eating we look at the receipt and it says “chinos” which is really absurd considering the people taking our order was speaking English with us. For as long as this restaurant has been up and running I know there is no reason they couldn’t ask for our name especially if we only had one person come up to order and especially if they were speaking English, they should’ve asked for our name and not put in “chinese people”, NOT only are we insulted but we are disgusted with the behavior and did/do not feel comfortable eating their food. Upon leaving our friend wanted them to know that we definitely did acknowledge what they put on the receipt and they literally laughed as we walked out the door. Read moreThe 3 stars are for their poor customer service. I got there around 6:30 PM the line was disorganized. People kept coming and getting in the line with their friends or acquaintances, which is disrespectful to the other customers in line. Don't do what you don't want to be done to you. But common sense is not something that you can expect nowadays... Then the young lady at the register stopped taking orders to answer a phone call and ignored us, the standing customers as if our time is not valuable... I was so upset but I wanted to try their food since they opened during the pandemic and I am all about supporting my community but... I was finally able to order something, I got a Barbacoa Huarache, to go because I was beyond upset at the moment. It took around 20 minutes to receive my food but I must admit that it was authentic Mexican food and it was delicious and fulfilling. If you ask, I would order from here, over the phone a to-go order and will pick it up, after checking that everything is the way is supposed to be, based on others' reviews but they are open 24/7 and are a better option than other 24/7 Mexican tacos in the area. Not, I won't eat there, the place is crowded and they are too busy to keep up with cleaning ,sanitizing tables, and frequently touched surfaces. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I ordered this morning at the drive thru and the lady is so rude. No greeting, when I asked if I could have lots of salsa she just closed the window and no response. Waited patiently for over 10mins for the food and when she handed it to me I asked her if the salsa is in there and she said in the bag. I didn’t see it so I opened the bag to make sure and she says you need to move there is a lots of cars behind you. Umm I waited 10 mins for my food they can wait a few more seconds. I asked her why she was so rude and she rolled her eyes and closed the window. I wanted to turn around and throw the food back and get my money back but I had my daughter in the car so I didn’t. I called and asked for the manager or the owner and of course they weren’t there and she said to call back at 2. I asked her if she was the lady at the drive thru and she said yes. I told her that she was very rude and she said she wasn’t. I told her she ruined my morning with her bad attitude. I told her I would def be calling back at 2 to complain about her.
