2nd update: customer service quickly reached out and sent a proper refund after I contacted them again, this through an email I found on their Instagram page. Will definitely try them out again and hope it was a one off.

——- Update: really bad second experience. Online ordering was down so we went in to order. Told 9 minutes. Didn’t get our food for over 30 minutes. As we were leaving we noticed our Philly fries (cheesesteak on the fries) were missing so we asked about it and they just handed us another box. Should’ve checked in the container since it was just regular fries when we got home. Food quality this time was much lower overall. The fries were very overcooked and hard, cheesesteak was half fat and inedible and the pizza had almost no sauce, no basil and barely any hot honey. Reached out to Customer service and zero response. I just wanted my money back for the item I paid extra for and wasn’t given.

So happy they opened a new location in Ballston. Even better that this location has pizza. Tried the pepperoni hot honey pizza, Caesar salad and the cheesesteak for the first time and all were so good. Cheesesteak had a nice spicy kick from the cherry pepper aioli. The bread is what really makes Grazie Grazie stand out. It was the best part of Taylor Gourmet back in the day and I’m glad the bread survived the switch after all the Taylor Gourmets closed...

Solid Steak & Cheese Despite a Few New Location Quirks Headed over to the new Grazie Grazie in Arlington (Ballston area!) on Friday after seeing a post in my foodie group raving about their steak n' cheese. The ordering system is straightforward enough, though it would be great to have options for adding extra cheese or double meat. I went with the original steak n' cheese with Cooper Sharp, mozzarella bites, and a soda. They were a little backed up with getting food out, which is understandable for a new spot – everyone working was super friendly, though! My steak n' cheese came out first, and the mozzarella bites followed a bit later (about 5-7 minutes). Appreciated that they were fresh and hot, and the marinara sauce had a nice little kick to it – that cheese pull was definitely satisfying! Now, the main event: the steak n' cheese was good. Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of seeded rolls, especially this one which was a tad on the firmer side. However, the cheese (and I can't believe I'm saying this) was plentiful and really solid. I do wish the bread was softer and that I could have added double meat. Despite a couple of minor hiccups (they even ran out of bread as we were leaving, but the staff handled it really well!), I'll definitely be back to try their pizza next. This is a nice addition to the...

Went into the store around 6pm and asked what time they closed, was told 8pm. Came back around 7:45 and tried to use the kiosks to place an order to go, but they were not working. After asking the workers at the counter, I was told that they were closed at 7:50 because the system closes at 7:50 (after a prolonged conversation between 2 employees in Spanish). I told them that we stopped in earlier to verify the closing time and we were told 8pm and pointed out the employee who answered the question. We were very surprise that not only would the computers not take our order, neither would the staff! There were 3 people waiting on their orders as well as a Door Dasher for pick up, so the workers were still cooking. After asking for a manager, we were told that there was no Manager on site (so no manager of the establishment was working apparently). Needless to say I will not be coming back and am extremely disappointed in the level of service, or lack there...

Tried this spot for the first time, and the taste was great overall. I had the Retzo sandwich, and the flavor really stood out—fried chicken was crispy and well-seasoned. The only thing is the Italian sesame bread felt a bit dry toward the end, maybe could use a bit more sauce or moisture to balance it out. Not sure if they can toast the bread, although that may not help for the dryness.. The waffle fries were excellent, honestly what I wish Chick-fil-A fries would be like. Each bite had a satisfying crunch without being greasy. It can get a bit pricy, but I’m pretty sure that’s just the location and quality they’re using. Overall a good experience, and I would get the sandwich again. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the area.

Grazie Grazie is a hidden gem! I’m so happy they have a location in Ballston now ! I stopped by and ordered one of their Italian sandwiches, and I’m still thinking about it. The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, the fresh greens added the perfect crunch, and the flavors were perfectly balanced—savory, fresh, and just the right touch of seasoning. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put real care into every bite. The presentation was beautiful, and the portion was generous. The staff was friendly, the vibe was cozy, and everything felt fresh and made with love. Definitely one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had!
