I ordered cheese fries and a shake today and it took over 20 min to receive. I waited 10 min and when I saw people who were receiving food after I ordered, I went to the counter and asked about my food. It took a few minutes for anyone to recognize me standing there because of all the goofing off they were doing. The girl apologized and said she would get it right out, but she continued joking around with the other coworkers. It took about 10 min longer to get the food out. Seriously, cheese fries and a shake took 10 min! Her excuse was because I placed my order on the pads designed to place your order.

Now, the bigger issue that needs addressed is the training of the use of gloves. When you are wearing gloves it makes no sense to be taking orders, collecting money, and handeling food in the SAME SET OF GLOVES! Not to mention the number of times she touched her face and wiped off what ever exploded on her(I believe was my shake another employee finally started making after getting irritated looks from me). Not sure where management was, but there was a serious lack of leadership here. It was my first visit and will be my last. When I finally got my shake, it was pretty obvious the lack of concern they had while making it. In my time spent working in restaurants, we would never have dreamed of this behavior or handing out something that looked...
