The young lady that helped me she was very helpful she helped me pick down my mattress something told me to take a picture of the mattress after I purchased the mattress because I had to go to another location to pick it up I get to the other location give the man a receipt he says fool around back poured around back wait a couple of minutes he proceed the slide the mattress on my car gave us some rope we tied it down I did notice that the color is different from what I had a picked out It was black I was fine with the color I'm short so I couldn't see the pattern and I didn't help put it on the car We get home I have unloaded right off back I felt that the mattress head springs in it no the original mattress I picked out it didn't have springs I know it didn't have springs because I helped the young lady move the mattress around That's how I detail I was about the mattress that I wanted extremely hard there is no bounce there's no nothing it's just hard just hard off the back I said this one word The person helped me said I have to break it in I don't believe in all that It should feel the way it feels in the store so I gave you one night the next morning I woke up my body was aching no this is not going to work Call them came to agreement switching out the mattress Cool I had to wait a couple of days for them to get a king size mattress in no in the process of trying to work things out with them I sent the man the picture of the bed that I picked out I sent him a picture of the bed that I received I'll be damned if they still didn't come and deliver a different mattress at this point it is what it is but I will never shop with them again When I spoke to the man the first time about the issue he was trying to say that the mattress that I purchased was on sale which I know that but he was trying to say that it's pretty much any mattress that they give you as long as it's the right size no so that's not how that works Who agrees to that for this same reason either you going to give someone a bed that's too hard or too soft people want what they pay for not what you want to give them The only reason why I'm not spassing out it's because all I paid was $160 after taxes for a king size mattress My mattress will be replaced in the near future cuz this is not what I wanted It's not nowhere near the mattress that I picked out The mattress I picked out you cannot feel no springs in it

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Regal Furniture on Cooper. I paid $165 for delivery, and the drivers only brought the mattresses just inside the front door — and refused to take them any further.
When placing the order, we clearly told Deanna, our sales rep, that the mattresses needed to go upstairs, which was the main reason we chose to have them delivered. That request was ignored.
When I called the store for help, Deanna was conveniently “busy,” and the other woman I spoke with was rude and had a nasty attitude. She told me if I wanted the mattresses taken upstairs and “assembled,” I should’ve paid $180 instead of $165 — but there’s nothing to assemble, it’s a mattress. I even asked if the drivers could just carry them upstairs, no setup required, and they still refused. No one tried to accommodate or help.
I also called Deanna directly, and she didn’t answer or return my call.
This was actually my second bad experience with Regal. The first time, they delivered the wrong mattresses, and I let it slide. Not this time.
To top it off, the delivery drivers were extremely rude, rushing me to sign paperwork before I could even verify what I received. It wasn’t until my husband arrived that they became professional and let me confirm I had the right items.
Also, it was clear that Deanna’s attitude changed once I decided not to purchase the $3,000 mattress she pushed and went with a more affordable one instead. After that, she seemed uninterested and rushed the rest of the order.
Overall, this was a frustrating, unprofessional experience, and I will never shop at Regal Furniture again. I would not recommend them to anyone.
And by the looks of their responses they won’t reach out to you to help or assist with the issue you had, you need to call them, IF you want them to do something about you being upset with their employees, services, or merchandise that you bought from THEM! Ridiculous!! Customer service...
Read moreI will never in my life be a customer with them again. I ordered my furniture in March with a delivery date of April 15th. It is now October 16th and I’m just now getting my order completed. It took 3 deliveries for me to get what I paid for. For 6 months I have been getting the run around. No one called to update me on the order, tell me it was back ordered or give me any other options. Mind you this are products I’ve already paid for. Every time I would ask for an update they would never have one, say they will give a call back (never did) or claimed they didn’t know what I was talking about. All the “managers” except for one were completely unprofessional. With the first delivery, I was completely disrespected in my own house by the delivery men. Cussing me out in another language because they assumed I don’t understand Spanish. I literally had to put them out my house due to the disrespect. The last delivery guy (different one) today didn’t even finish putting the furniture together. Just walked out without saying a word. When I called to let them know I was told “well we’re short staffed so he has to finish other orders”. Exactly what does that have to do with me? Why am I supposed to be okay with receiving poor service because you didn’t hire the people you needed too? All 3 deliveries have left trash all over my house. Skid up my walls and floors. The service for this company use to be amazing. I would constantly brag and refer others. They use to come on time, they communicated with any delays, they use to put the product together without causing damage to walls or floors. They use to clean up behind themselves and speak to their customers with respect. I do not know if there was a change in management or what but the service is no longer the same.
