I visited restaurant #J625038 address 700 w. Abram st in Arlington tx on July 6,2024 at approx 8:35pm to pick up an online order and place an additional order through the drive thru with one car in front of me and an additional car behind me. After mentioning the name for my pick up and continuing to order my separate order of clams through the LJS half, the drive thru employee told me to “hold on” before i could finish a sentence, then told me to “go” and as i proceeded to order, she continued to cut me off and tell me she couldn’t “understand me” multiple times, even as i repeated the order. Once i thought she had understood my order of TWO small orders of clams, she told me to pull up to the window then met me at the unused window to confirm my order and asked if i had ordered TEN in which i replied “no, i just would like 2 orders of clams.” With her response being “yea. One order has 5 in it so you want 2 orders with 10 total,” i told her i had never ordered the clams before, but if that was the case and they had 5 pieces each, then with 2 orders there would be 10 pieces in total, she said okay and walked off to assist the one car in front of me. When the transaction was complete, the car pulled off and blocked half of the window causing the employee at the window to stare at me.. once pulled up, the employee informed me that the total would be over $20, i told her that that wasn’t right as one order of clams was $2 and i had only ordered TWO orders of the clams… she then proceeded to argue with me that i ordered 10, then told the super to “come over and explain it to me” as i was trying to explain to her my order for another time. Once the supervisor came over, she began to say i ordered ten, i tried to explain to her what was explained to me at the previous window and was cut off yet again with an added eye roll after mentioning i only wanted two of the regular orders of clams. With the window wide open and in front of your customer, she yelled to the cook and asked how many he had already made, when replied eight the supervisor rolled her eyes along with the drive thru employee who yelled to the cook “i guess you can eat the others!” After my total was corrected and my payment handed back to me, the drive thru employees asked to see the order from the app, upon showing her my receipt and mentioning it was for “Reygan” she said she “needed to SEE the name” so i went to the app and showed my name, then was given my online food and told to have a good day. It looked like it was not everything, so before driving off i asked if this was everything and if my order of clams was in the bag in which the drive thru employee stated it was not and told me i needed to “be patient” before slamming the window in my face. Once the supervisor came with my order, i asked if i could have a receipt with both of their names on it (which i was given a receipt with ONE MALE’s name on it when there were TWO FEMALES that helped me) in which the supervisor continued to argue with me and made the excuse that the window was broken so she “didn’t slam the window on me” (which i don’t believe… i have worked in food service for 7 years and if ANYTHING jeopardizes the safety of the store such as a broken window, they will immediately come out and fix it.) i stated that i still did not appreciate the attitude nor the side comments on my patience when i had been nothing but understanding and patient, so i would still appreciate the receipt. Once getting the refiept i drove off, got home, and unpacked my orders and noticed a small curly black hair with white tip in one of the two orders of clams in which i attached photos of before throwing away.

As a customer and fast food employee in a fast food coffee chained business that has the snobbiest customers for 7 years, i feel i am a very patient individual and can let a lot slide as i rarely leave reviews and would NEVER treat a customer the way i was treated by the supervisor and employees of this location. I wouldn't give zero stars to this place even if I could, just because the manager responded to one of these employee's mistakes. I had family over and everyone wanted KFC, honestly I didn't wasnt to but majority voters won. BAD CHOICE. Went to KFC bought the family bucket, and took it home. Upon arrival started to get some drinks ready. Everyone started to serve themselves. Suddenly everyone stayed to say something smelled. Thought it was the chicken, no. The corn?? Nope. It was the mashed potatoes. But because the mashed potatoes were bad and had touched other foods, they were bad. At first I didnt taste it, but then started to smell it. It was spoiled, my 2yrs old nice threw up my sister threw up. My room mate said his stomach hurt after eating some. But before he said anything I had thrown up myself. Took away all the untouched and unfinished food threw it on the trash can. I wasn't going to say anything but everyone insisted to report it to he FDA. But I decided to bring the remaining spoiled mashed potatoes to this establishment and report it to the manager. At first I was ready to accept and apology and a here is a fresh batch, which I was not going to take anyways. But when I told the manager all he said sorry and threw the mashed potatoes into the thrash with out any, are you ok or what can I do to make this situation better. I got so mad I demanded a full refund, and if he would have said no, I was definitely going to report this. Also let him know ahead of time that if my niece didn't stop vomiting and had to be taken to the hospital I was going to be back. He then said he would reimburse my money but not next time. I responded there would not be a next time. Then after a few back and forth words another employee came with an attitude of that's bull $#!+. I ignored him as much as I could guessing he was probably the one who made those mashed potatoes probably saving some old ones or mixing new with old. Nevertheless the my niece was given some home remedies to settle down her stomach. It worked. No one wanted to eat anything after that, everyone had a terrible time. WORD OF ADVICE, make sure to smell and taste the food before consuming because the manager said make sure to bring all food back, it's their ""policy "". From the very beginning, I just didn’t appreciate the fact that I had to be yelled at as I was attempting to order in addition to when I got home and went to check my food, not only was it the wrong food, but it was also old food. The pollen was hard as a rock in the middle of a snowstorm. The chicken was extremely greasy and I stayed at the customer service was a -30. The lady in the drive-through, which I believe to be either an Indian and or Pakistani female was very nasty and very ugly with me, I asked her several times to upsize my drink. She did not do that and as stated overall just gave me the wrong food after I made it home I attempted to call the store 23 times in which I got no answer. This is now the second time in the second review that I’ve done with this location, considering I live two blocks away and this is just extremely distasteful. I have asked several times for the corporate number. No one has been willing to give it to me and whether it is a franchise or corporate restaurant I should have at least been given a good point of contact. I am waiting until 10 AM this morning when they open with my receipt to go and either get a refund or get the correct order. This...

I'm here at the Kentucky Fried Chicken waiting for my chicken. I came an hour ago, they told me the chicken wasn't ready that they would be late half an hour and to come back or to order later and I came back and they're still telling me to wait 15 or 20 minutes because the chicken isn't ready and the employee started yelling at me, the so-called manager started yelling at me and came out and threw my card and the ticket at me and said they were going to talk to the police because I'm not moving from here to the window. I mean, it's terrible service, I don't recommend coming here because they treat you with their feet and have such a rude attitude and it's and I'm telling them they don't have to yell at me that I came to buy chicken, but they don't have to yell at me it's a service that they have to provide and I'm paying for that but that doesn't merit them yelling at me So I don't recommend that you come buy chicken here, because the employees are the worst, they have no education, I don't recommend that you come buy chicken here.

My family came in here to eat. I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwich combos, a crispy chicken sandwich, and a fish combo. The crispy chicken sandwhiches they gave you can tell we’re old and tough. Have been sitting under the rays past the extend time. They put my moms food on the counter and didn’t even say anything or call out a ticket number. It sat for almost 20 mins! By the time she spoke up and asked where was her order it was cold. She asked for a refund and they gave it. My sister and I just wanted our sandwhiches replaced. We waited almost 20 additional mins to get them remade. We got our sandwhiches and it was not a crispy chicken. We were very disappointed. We didn’t feel comfortable going back in asking for a refund so we just left. Very unsatisfactory service and food. Will not be back. Only person sorta nice was the young gentleman working the front. But the service was extremely poor. Taking it as a loss. Will never go back

Once the supervisor came over, she began to say i ordered ten, i tried to explain to her what was explained to me at the previous window and was cut off yet again with an added eye roll after mentioning i only wanted two of the regular orders of clams. With the window wide open and in front of your customer, she yelled to the cook and asked how many he had already made, when replied eight the supervisor rolled her eyes along with the drive thru employee who yelled to the cook “i guess you can eat the others!” After my total was corrected and my payment handed back to me, the drive thru employees asked to see the order from the app, upon showing her my receipt and mentioning it was for “Reygan” she said she “needed to SEE the name” so i went to the app and showed my name, then was given my online food and told to have a good day. It looked like it was not everything, so before driving off i asked if this was everything and if my order of clams was in the bag in which the drive thru employee stated it was not and told me i needed to “be patient” before slamming the window in my face. Once the supervisor came with my order, i asked if i could have a receipt with both of their names on it (which i was given a receipt with ONE MALE’s name on it when there were TWO FEMALES that helped me) in which the supervisor continued to argue with me and made the excuse that the window was broken so she “didn’t slam the window on me” (which i don’t believe… i have worked in food service for 7 years and if ANYTHING jeopardizes the safety of the store such as a broken window, they will immediately come out and fix it.) i stated that i still did not appreciate the attitude nor the side comments on my patience when i had been nothing but understanding and patient, so i would still appreciate the receipt. Once getting the refiept i drove off, got home, and unpacked my orders and noticed a small curly black hair with white tip in one of the two orders of clams in which i attached photos of before throwing away. As a customer and fast food employee in a fast food coffee chained business that has the snobbiest customers for 7 years, i feel i am a very patient individual and can let a lot slide as i rarely leave reviews and would NEVER treat a customer the way i was treated by the supervisor and employees of this location. Seeing i am not the only person with a bad experience like this, i wish i could leave a 0

I'm here at the Kentucky Fried Chicken waiting for my chicken. I came an hour ago, they told me the chicken wasn't ready that they would be late half an hour and to come back or to order later and I came back and they're still telling me to wait 15 or 20 minutes because the chicken isn't ready and the employee started yelling at me, the so-called manager started yelling at me and came out and threw my card and the ticket at me and said they were going to talk to the police because I'm not moving from here to the window. I mean, it's terrible service, I don't recommend coming here because they treat you with their feet and have such a rude attitude and it's and I'm telling them they don't have to yell at me that I came to buy chicken, but they don't have to yell at me it's a service that they have to provide and I'm paying for that but that doesn't merit them yelling at me So I don't recommend that you come buy chicken here, because the employees are the worst, they have no education, I don't recommend that you come buy chicken here.

My family came in here to eat. I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwich combos, a crispy chicken sandwich, and a fish combo. The crispy chicken sandwhiches they gave you can tell we’re old and tough. Have been sitting under the rays past the extend time. They put my moms food on the counter and didn’t even say anything or call out a ticket number. It sat for almost 20 mins! By the time she spoke up and asked where was her order it was cold. She asked for a refund and they gave it. My sister and I just wanted our sandwhiches replaced. We waited almost 20 additional mins to get them remade. We got our sandwhiches and it was not a crispy chicken. We were very disappointed. We didn’t feel comfortable going back in asking for a refund so we just left. Very unsatisfactory service and food. Will not be back. Only person sorta nice was the young gentleman working the front. But the service was extremely poor. Taking it as a loss. Will never go back
