I haven't rated this McDonald's as of three 3 years ago. Today, I find it necessary. I have been coming to this McDonald's since for years. The employees this far have always been great even when the app messes up and freezes they are courteous and are able to help me out where the other McDonald's down the road has lied and said "well the mobile app doesn't always work it hasn't been working for 2 months now deal with it" it was that attitude that made me stop going to that McDonald's as I went further down the street and my app worked at this one. So I've been coming here ever since Today was a completely different story I gave my code at the drive-thru as it appeared on my phone I had not been to a McDonald's today near a McDonald's today I literally opened it while I was in line at the window and I even turned the Wi-Fi off so it didn't try to put me on the McDonald's Wi-Fi that usually makes it act up and it said that it was already redeemed. I went up to the window the guy (manager later identified as Wendell) said it was five something and I explained to him that the fries were supposed to be $2 and I know it's a difference of a $1.79 but when you are on a low income budget that matters and that's a matter of whether my kid can get a treat or not so he was just so bluntly rude he was in a light blue shirt and appeared to be a manager of some sort he didn't give me his name he just said "so you want me to give you food for free is that what you want you just want food for free?"I told him no I just want to use the app and get the fries for $2 and he just kept going on about wanting my food for free I said you know what just forget it and then he rudely said that he was going to give me the food at the discount give me food for $3. There is nothing more degrading than to sit there being spoken to like you're at child(49) and being spoken to you in that tone of voice that was absolutely ridiculous. I'm literally angry right now(and still bothered by this 2 hours later as I'm correcting some of my typos) because I have not been spoken to like that as an adult. It was very degrading I was fully ready to pay for the food as it was supposed to be not be degraded and then given $2 back I would have paid for the cheeseburger and the $2 for the fries so it should have been almost $4 or maybe $4 and some change it was just the principle of it that he was so degrading at the window and I have not been spoken to like that especially by someone who is supposed to be in charge of the restaurant and literally I mean you're in charge of our children how do you speak to them if you can speak to your customer like that how the hell do you treat your workers because seriously that showed me a lot. I hope he does not represent the new management for this establishment because they are going to lose a lot of customers that way. As I contemplate this over and over in my head I'm thinking to myself seriously if you work at this McDonald's or you've worked under his management and you feel the way that I felt today I urge you to go to upper management and talk to them. This might be your first job this might be something you have as an extra job or maybe this is your long-term career but no matter what stage you are in life there is no reason for you to be treated how I think you may be being treated. So I urge you to go to your HR department if you are feeling like you are not being treated correctly because you don't have to be...
Read moreSeriously the most garbage McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff addresses you like you just got released out of prison on the same day as them. " What you have bruh?" seriously pathetic. Went there one night and the guy opened the window laughing cause they had sewer coming up out of the floor. Everytime I go here the food is 1) Either not what I ordered 2) out of stock or 3) not even prepared. Given y'all too many chances. I have worked at McDonald's when I was in highschool and that is not the level of service that I was expected to give. If this is how y'all run a business expect to not receive mine from here on out. Probably going issue a complaint to corporate because if I treated customers the way y'all do I'd expect to lose my job and/ or franchise. Good luck to the employees here because your future looks dim if you think that is the level of professionalism needed for the business sector. I know I sound as salty as the fries but hell is it too much to ask to be treated like I'm buying a service from y'all and to expect a little professionalism and actually once in a while getting what is advertised. Three times I've had to go elsewhere because you ran out of ice cream, cookies or had human fecal matter coming out of the ground. The times the food has been there I was given the wrong order and made the mistake of trusting these same fools to fill my order correctly or it has taken way to long because "they have to make it". Sad day when fast food isn't fast or you don't even have the food. Well Taco Bell is right across the street, Burger King and Whataburger are down the road. Done messing with you idiots. Really hope management reevaluates the caliber of employees they are hiring and whoever does the ordering of product actually learns how to keep items in stock. You should install touch pad kiosks and an automated system to prepare and serve food and save some money and trouble. Until then my business belongs to your...
Read moreIt's McDonald's.... you kinda get what's expected. Their fries don't necessarily stay warm. It's almost like you have to hurry and stuff the whole carton of fries in your mouth within the first 2 minutes of getting them. Otherwise, they'll be cold. My quarter pounder had the right amount of seasoning on the patty, and they didn't douse it in mustard and ketchup like most places do. I also ask for dehydrated onions instead of the sliver onions. Normally, other locations will either over do it or not hardly put any on the burger. This location gave just the right amount. The only complaint I had about our food other than the fries not ever staying warm, it's my grandson's spicy chicken sandwich. It hardly had mayo and lettuce on it. I get it's a cheaper menu item, but they still should've put the proper amount of ingredients on it. He basically was eating a chicken patty with a bun.
The store seemed clean from what I could see. I didn't use the restroom while I was there, so I can't speak on that. It was a bit noisy in there, but they had quite a few people in the dining room at the time.
The customer service was great. Unfortunately, that's a rarity these days, too. I ordered with an employee instead of the kiosk bc they do not have the substitute for the dehydrated onions on it. The employee who took my order didn't act annoyed or treat me like I was bothering her (like a lot fast food restaurants tend to do). Then my grandson went up to the counter and asked for a to go bag, but we needed 2. So, he had to go back. Both times, it was a young Hispanic girl who helped him, and she treated him with respect and kindness. It's easy to overlook the kids, but she was prompt in helping him. I appreciated...
