UPDATE: I placed a mobile order last night for a Frappuccino. When I got there, I was told that the Frappuccino machine is being cleaned so they could not make my Frappuccino. When I asked if they were going to refund my money, I was told they can’t do that because it was a mobile order. Basically, I was told that I was not going to get the product that I paid for and they were not going to refund my money. I pointed out to them that this is theft. I tried to contact the owner, Chris Jeffers, on Facebook through private messenger, but he has his setting to not accept messages from “everyone.” As you can see below, I previously praised this location. After that review, I have continued to receive better food quality and outstanding customer service. However, after this experience, I probably will not be going back. I would worry every time I order via mobile (which is my preferred method to order) I would be taking a chance that they would just keep my money.
The new ownership has really turned this place around! After some bad experiences under the old ownership, I avoided this location. Read moreI was on the way to a job interview, and I was extremely early so I decided to drive through McDonald's to get a caramel frappe to pass the time. I'm not the most social person, so I decided to just sit in my car and watch the traffic. Well, nature called after drinking all of that caffeine, and I went in the restraunt to use the restroom. As I passed the counter on my way to use the restroom, there were a couple of women behind the registers and they looked at me like I had two heads or something. Well, I did my business and on my way out of the store, I noticed a woman mopping the floors, so I headed in the direction of the other exit. As I was walking toward the door, this really obnoxious, "aggressive" sounding voice yells "Um, Ma'am! Ma'am!!? Are you going to order or what?!" And I turned around and this woman with this really rude expression on had her hands up in an outraged gesture of confusion. I said "No, I already ordered in the drive through, but I came in to use your restroom." Then she and the equally-rude-looking woman behind her smacked their lips and rolled their eyes at me. I heard them laughing and huffing with disgust as I left the store.
I will NOT be visiting this McDonald's ever again. Sorry if my need to drink my 'coffee' in the solitude of my car to avoid people like you is too...

Can maybe be made to work with a fair amount of effort on your end. 1 Star Garbage, doesn't deliver it intended function without unacceptable compromise on your end.
Went inside because drive through had cars lined up around building. Waited 10 minutes to order. Items came out 15 minutes later. Went to car and said let me check items. Order not correct. 10 minutes to get someone to front counter again. Guy in front of me was in drive through and returning his improperly cooked meal. Tried to be as patient as possible but one can only lower standards to a certain degree. My time and patronage appears not to be appreciated. Employees avoid lobby of restaurant at all costs. Every time I visit inside it’s impossible to get any help in restaurant at front counter.
Asked for refund and left.
I will not be coming back as my order was as basic as it gets ordering for 1 person. I’ll starve before stopping...
