McDonald's — Restaurant in Arlington

This location ALWAYS takes forever and I always hear the same excuse... "We are short staffed". Short staffed all the time, yeah I think its time for better management or simply do everyone a favor and shut down the location. The employees seem to take their frustration out on customers from the long lines and constant complaints. I always get an attitude from employees here. Even from the manager. I avoid this location as much as possible but sometimes, due to the convenience of being located as soon as you exit 20, it's my only option when trying to get McDonald's. I absolutely HATE that when placing a mobile order it gives you the option to pick up inside but when you get there the doors are locked and only option is to go through the drive thru which makes placing a mobile order completely pointless.

Worst McDonald's I've ever visited. My last visit I placed a mobile order, got charged and ended up leaving without my $30+ order due to waiting in line for 45 minutes and still would of probably had to wait at least another 20+ minutes. With 3 kids needing to be fed and in bed at a decent time for school it wasnt an option for me to wait. When calling customer service I got absolutely no help. I was told to dispute with my bank and when I did THEY FOUGHT IT! I couldn't get a refund issued. Way to steal people's money...

I live one minute away from this location but will never visit again. We drive 12 minutes away to Grand Prairie location off 360 and Camp Wisdom. Was just there tonight at 11:30pm and got our food within 3 minutes of ordering at drive thru. People were polite, friendly and got order right. Food hot and good. Go there. Not this location!

Update… I tried again after my last review below. Entered drive thru line ( which was around the building) at 10:50pm Sat night April 30,2022. Got my food at 11:28pm. I don’t know which is worse… taking 38 minutes to get the food or me actually waiting for it. I’d leave zero stars if I could

prior review… Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in my entire life. We live close so it’s convenient but every single time I come through after 8 PM they are always out of something. Tonight it’s the soda machine isn’t working so the only drinks available are the more expensive frozen drinks. Other nights at ice cream. Other nights at sweet tea other nights they don’t have barbecue sauce. I mean what kind of restaurant continuously runs out of food? Tonight is probably my final visit ever to this...

1/4/25. Ordered breakfast thru app to pick up on 2 different phones. Got there and no order for 1 of the orders. Waited and waited as they were busy running in, out and about with orders. Finally someone came and said there isn't another order for me. Showed the email order confirmation on my phone but they said there isn't one in their system. Then Mgr came out and said I have to that phone that I ordered from in the store to trigger the order. Never heard of that. Of course I don't have that other phone with me so they refused to give me that order. Mgr kept insisting they cannot do anything until I have that phone in the store or had that phone click on I'm in store to get them to make it. Of course, I could not get that phone or anyone to click on that phone for me. B4 I could say anything else, she walked off. It was unprofessional of the manager refusing to remedy the order and to walking off on me b4 I could say anything else. I got so mad, I threw my other order to the kitchen floor and walked out of the store. Im sure they all labeled me Karen. But, never again this location will ever get anymore of...
