New York's Best Pizza — Restaurant in Arlington

Use to be my favorite place to eat! Been a Secret shopper for some years now and what I experienced today was some very unsanitary and rudest experience! I purposely only order a salad and want pepperoni rolls but they didn't serve them on Sunday. Wasn't even ordering as Secret shopper today but MAN do I wish I would have. Placed a pick up order for a salad and bread. Figured they couldn't possible mess up a salad as they have with our pizza and pasta the last few times we ordered. But none the less, asked for the Chef salad with grilled chicken. Use to be the best salad around. Not anymore. They don't have the rolled ham, salami, mozzarella rolls that use to go on the salads. They charged me $16 and some change for a salad that barely had any fixings on it. No green olives and of course they for got the grilled chicken. I even tipped them like $4 and some change. When I called to explain that I didn't get what I ordered. No one apologized and they just sat there on the phone. I go back up to get the correct salad with grilled chicken. They handed me a cooked chicken breast in a bag, not chopped up or anything. The guy that handed me the bag had on no gloves and took a big drink of water out of a water bottle. Screwed the cap back on and then went to hand me the bag of chicken. Didnt wash his hands or put on gloves after touching his mouth. Again no one apologized or offered any type of inconvenience fee or anything. They just sat there and starred at me. I had to demand a new salad with grilled chicken cut as it use to be for a salad. They took forever to make my salad and then keep taking my container of salad to the back room where three young Hispanic guys were fondling over my salad. Now I don't know what they did to my food but it took an additional 20 minutes for them to bag up my food and hand it too me, again it was just a salad. What happen to this place? Do they have new management and staff? It has NEVER been this bad. I never leave bad reviews but today topped the cake for us. So I donated $20 to this place today. Because now my partner refuses to eat the remade salad because he thinks they did something to our food. Again no one said a word. No one apologized or offered to reimburse me or even remake my salad. They said absolutely nothing to me. I had to demand a new salad or I would have gotten a whole cooked chicken breast in a bag with some guys spit and saliva all over the bag. I even asked the young guy, "Do you have anything to say?" And he replies with a, "No". That's all I got from them but the 3 guys fondling my salad had alot to say too one another while standing over top of my new salad being fondled. This was my last chance with this location. It's like after covid this place went completely down hill. Absolutely the worst costumer service, no compassion or care and the young guys they have running this place are very unsanitary. Disgusted and out of $20 and no salad just some cold garlic bread 🤷🏽‍♀️😭🤦🏽‍♀️ They should be ashamed of themselves all over a salad with basic simple ingredients and...

My husband's took me out to eat at a new place last night (11/8/23 @ roughly 6:45ish maybe 7ish). They were not crowded at all. They are located in a small shipping Plex more or less pull in off of Park place Rd and go down until it dead ends into a wing establishment and it's gonna be in the corner on the left side pretty much. Nice well lit sign and has open parking but not much. When you walk in it's automatically you get the ambiance of lil romantic depending on who you're with and all. Also, lists the menu right up top of the food/server-cashier. There are some dishes on display and the pricing is Great. They are very friendly and eager to assist or help and answer any questions you have. The downside was that they were out of ice unfortunately for their fountain drink dispenser. They do have in a refrigerator, nice & cold can sodas or bottled water. They bring the dishes right out to you at ur table. Served with bread fresh and warm depending on the dish you get. Sliced pizza (we had pepperoni) was Just Nice and amazingly delicious. We tried these lil pepperoni and cheese rolled up like cinnamon rolls and oh my goodness, it came with Marina sauce and was just a taste bud explosion. We actually shared a slice of pizza and a plate of spaghetti and had gotten 4 of those roll thingies. Spent about 18$ for two. We shared and both got sooo full. Usually it's like 25 to 30 dollars for both of us. We were really pleased we spent less got amazing food service and all around great experience especially it being the first time. They do speak Spanish not sure about anything else other than English. Who knows they may speak...

Tuesday night, 2/2/2023 i made a order only to get a msg saying they were closed and my order would be delivered the following day, so i decided to cancel the order only to get a call from one of the workers stating they were about to close, but he would go ahead and take my order and drop it off on his way home since it was in route, i would just have to wait a little longer, low and behold the wait wasn't much longer and the guy kept his word and brought the food, i was so grateful and he was my angel that night, with the roads really bad it was hard to find deliveries and me and my daughter were really hungry from trying to find something all day, but the wait was really worth it, and also i was a first time customer and we absolutely loveddd the pizza, we are customers for life, i need to find the driver to send a thank you, hope someone...
