This is worse store, If Manager is disrespectful what should you expect from the other staff.
Called this store to place an order the rep taking to order was so disrespectful, apparently he had a hard time hearing me and instead of asking me to speak up he replied” ma’am you need to speak up otherwise I won’t be able to take your order and I’ll have to hang up” okay I placed the order my card was debited he told me 45mins for delivery.
After an hour of not receiving my order I called the store and the rep who answered was unable to find my order. After giving him the address he found it and said that my order was voided. I asked him why then he asked me to confirm my phone number which I did, it turns out the the person who took my order entered my phone number incorrectly. Okay he gave the manager the phone to speak to me.
The manager came on I told him what happen he then replied by saying “ I will speak to that employee about telephone etiquette” he then said to me I will go ahead and retake your order . I said to him are you gonna at least apologize for what happen? No response I ten said “ or at least offer some form of compensation or at least try to deliver my order a little less than the 45mins. He then said to me ma’am are you gonna place an order or not?? I was so appalled I was dumbfounded then I hear the phone went blank. The manager of papa johns Derek hung up on me.
I called back to get the store number and his name and he answered. I asked him for the store number and his name which he hesitated. He then gave me the store number and said do you want to place an order? I said after that I certainly do not. He then responded to say “well if your not placing an order you can go ahead and file a complaint! So I asked him for his name again he refused to give me his full name he gave me the number for Papa Johns complaint center and once again hung up on me.
It’s very embarrassing degrading and disappointing that anyone have to encounter this lack of customer service when spending your money. These people think we need them more than they need us. I cannot imagine buying and consuming food from someone so belligerent rude and angry for no reason. Read moreI just wanted to update my review I had another incident happen but I don't think I want to share the entire story but I do want to say that I had made up my mind about never using this location again for Papa John's delivery that wasn't till I spoke to Julia the manager from the moment I finished describing the problem up until earlier today she was completely apologetic and she sympathize with the situation not only did she fix it but because of her attitude and demeanor she convinced me to keep ordering from here even if I should just stick to carry out. She was very pleasant, very sweet and I hope she stays at this location forever.
4/12/24 Got the worst service from a pizza place ever. For some unknown reason someone from DoorDash and not a Papa John's delivery driver brought me my order. They knocked on the door and before I could answer the door they ran down the stairs and left. Before I could call the store they came back up the stairs knocked again and I answered the door. I was told at my Dasher "Ray" would bring me my order so I was surprised when a young lady was there to deliver my order. I had a $40 and the bill was $25.56. The young lady said she didn't have any change when I told her that I was not about to give her a $14 or $15 tip she just looked at me and shrugged to which I replied sorry. She didn't even give me the option to go back and get change. I was completely surprised because it repeats of delivery driver has change!!! It ruined my plans for lunch since my car is getting fixed and I had no choice but to order delivery. I called the store and the young lady who answered couldn't be nicer. They had to remake my food after they canceled the original order but to be honest that whole experience just put me off from Papa John's and I declined the order when they came back I honestly don't think I will ever order...

I was having a hard time like holding my pizza because of my dress malfunction mind you everything is covered. I just needed somebody to tie my dress in the bag not touch me in any shape or form of my skin just the dress and the gentleman at the front told me instead I asked him for that. Can you you know can you help me just tire really quick? I mean you have special tires. I didn’t want my top to fall off you know cause I was trying to carry my pizza And this dude Lik gave me the artist like energy like didn’t say nothing at all, and just looked at me and said no I’m not allowed to touch customers like that. Wait what I didn’t ask you for a massage. I asked you to help me tie my dress and I truly believe that if I did not look the way that I look that he would not have Second-guessed it to me.
