Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Arlington

This is my place! Jessica & Emanuel— the managers are absolutely wonderful! I've been coming here for years and this location feels like home. I was sad to see so many negative reviews here. People, this is $5 yummy pizza!!? Chill out. Due to the location beside six flags and all the other local activities they are busy. 9 out 10 times when I walk in there I see massive stacks of pizza boxes waiting to be picked up. They are working their tails off! Despite the heavy work load, every time I come in, when the managers see me they'll say "you want your bread?" They know I love the crazy bread, lightly cooked. It seems simple but it's huge to me. They never make it seem like I'm asking too much, and always make it just right. Now they even have a few of the others who also know, but they still take the time to look at them and make sure they didn't over cook them just for me. That's customer service. It's the little things. I've seen Jessica handle unfair situations involving difficult customers, with absolute grace. I see the relationship both Emanuel and Jessica have with the employees and find it very sweet. This is a good management staff and I love this little Caesars!

Quite a few of the ladies & gentlemen working the front are absolutely amazing! (Kim!!) So sweet and helpful. (generally all employees I've encountered actually!)

HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE!!! I called to plce an order and no one answered the phone! I couldn't place my order online because it wouldn't allow me to customize my order! I tried calling them again and no answer for an hour! I went there and it was not busy at all!!! I asked if they had the phone number because I had been trying to call. The young girl and guy working the front didn't know the number and just looked at me crazy before going to find it! I thought maybe the internet had the wrong number and told them I wanted the correct on for future purposes! He gave me the same number I had been calling! I called and no phone was ringing in the store! I asked for a manager. I was told the assistant was there. Well, whomever never came to speak with me! It was all young kids sitting around just chilling and eating in the store! No professionalism at all! I left and told them I would be calling corporate! I didn't even trust them to make my order! How are you eating where...

Update: 6/27/24 I don't know what it is about this location but this is the 2nd time coming to THIS location and having to wait an EXTENDED amount of time for simple orders. I came in at 7:11 p.m. to order for cheesy puffs from Emmanuel h. And it took 30 minutes to get it. About five people including a lady who ordered three pizzas walked in and out before me and it wasn't until I said something that they finally made my order. This is absolutely ridiculous! Then on another occasion... It was a 30 minute wait for one pepperoni hot and ready pizza, cheesy bread in, 8 buffalo wings. Everyone was able to come in and out with no problem however I was told that my order will be ready in 15 minutes but I ended waiting much longer. Today was my very last day coming. Maybe the employees don't care, they figure "who cares, don't come back" but its a complete inconvenience to the customers who are doing due diligence to order ahead or make...
