I had been going to Paris Bakery in recent years when I found out that they have a pandan coconut cake that they have and had to try it out so I got it for Christmas one year and man was it amazing. So when it came to our wedding, I knew I had to have that pandan coconut for our wedding because I wasn’t going to go with a typical super sweet vanilla cake elsewhere. So I went to the bakery to see what the process was and it was super straightforward. You can get a box with their different flavors and fillings for about $25 (don’t remember the exact pricing on this) and then just let them know what cake you want once you choose. So they have a booklet of styles you can choose from and price it by amount of layers chosen and delivery fee to your venue. The total for my 3 tier cake (2 layer pandan, 1 layer strawberry shortcake) ended up coming to around $300 (again, not too sure on pricing because I forgot but it was definitely less than $400). A week before my event, I called them to confirm that what time we had agreed upon them delivering the cake and they enthusiastically told me the time and that they knew the location. Come the day of my wedding, they were literally in and out. My cake was close to the entrance of my wedding venue so they were able to locate it and place it without much guidance at all and were in and out in a jiffy. If you’re looking for a cake that’s not too sweet (Asian style) I would highly recommend working with Paris Bakery (even if the place is a bit sketchy and old school!)

Unbelievable a bakery would let this leave their store. My grandmothers 80th birthday cake for a really fancy party…..when asked what the splotches were the guy said ā€œoh it’s fine… that’s just where some unmixed icing color got spread. It’ll taste fineā€ No discount was offered and it’s too late to get anyone else to do it. I think a full refund would have been in order. The crack down the middle is not just icing. The entire cake is cracked and did not slice up well.

Been here few times, I appreciate that this bakery was able to take my recent order of a custom chocolate birthday cake for my dad on just one day's notice, and was ready for pickup next day in time for his 66th year on Earth FLAVOR: chocolate cake FILLING: fudge FROSTING: chocolate buttercream The only downside was dad and mom thought the icing was too thick for their preference, but i'll def be back to try some other items!

The worst experience ever. I hate to give such a horrible review but this was disgusting-. When I called to make sure I didn't need an appointment and I could speak to someone who could help me bc I'm not a decorator and needed guidance they assured me someone would be there If I got there before 5, I was there at 2pm. A snot nose (literally snot nose bc she kept wiping her nose with her hand) teenager had to keep going to the back to ask the designer questions! Please hire some real staff and train them.. When I showed her a few portions of what I had in mind I was told to go somewhere else to get an edible printout and take it back to them bc they didn't do edible printouts- I said you mean you'll order the print out? No, I was given a business card of another company so I could go get the printout and take it back to them. If this was the only incident it wouldn't be that big of a deal but I offered a few other options bc their website looks so good - they can't make 3d cakes and I was told to go to their website to see their cakes!! I should be grateful, if this didn't happen I wouldn't have found the most amazing bakery just 3 miles away THEY gave me an amazing cake with a heavenly experience. Paris Bakery...NOTHING...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Stay away as far as you can. I need to order a wedding cake for my wedding. Came there the first time and ask about the prices n what cakes available. A boy about 16 years old works there was nice but are not helpful. I asked to speak to a manager n he wasn't there. Took the phone number down called a week ahead and set up appointment with the manager. Confirmed twice about the meeting time with the manager. Today I took time out of my busy weekend to go meet with the manager and drove 40 minutes to get there. When I got to the bakery the same unhelpful worker told me the manager isn't there and he don't know where he is. Like seriously? Why would you make an appt. With me and not gonna be there? I can't believe how inconsiderate they are about other ppl time. I promise I will spread the word about this place. There are plenty of bakeries around and I won't put up with...
