This is hands down the worst Starbucks Iāve ever been to. First off, there were more employees than customers, yet somehow it still took them 15 minutes to make my drink. I ordered a venti strawberry aƧaĆ with no water, knowing I'd be charged extraābut then this random person comes up from behind me, starts chatting with the staff in their native language, and suddenly Iām being overcharged without anyone saying a word to me. Fine, whatever.
The employee who took my order had the nerve to give me a stank face when I asked for no waterāhonestly, thatās when I should have walked out. But no, I stuck it out, only to be charged $6.57 for what was supposed to be a venti, and they hand me a grande instead. I immediately told them I ordered a venti, and the employee acted like I was the one being inconvenient for wanting the drink I paid for. Itās ridiculous. Donāt waste your time or money here.
