I am a 911 dispatcher in Arlington TX and visit your location at 1390 S Cooper St sometimes to endure my 12 hour shift. Today I took a 15 minute break from work at 9:12 p.m. just so I could go to this establishment and order a venti iced coffee. The young lady handed me my drink and I within 3 minutes I was headed back to work. Halfway down the road I had drank all my coffee and was getting ready to munch on the ice( My favorite part). As I started chugging down ice I noticed I large horsefly frozen in the ice cube. After throwing up in my car I turned around and went back to show the manager. When I got there the young man and woman at the counter laughed at me . The young man said," You should take pics and post them on Facebook, wow this is funny and gross at the same time." The young lady took it to the back to the supervisor on duty and they both laughed in the back. The supervisor then came to front handed me a card that said "the next ones on us" and walked away. no apology and no empathy. I was late back to work. I have attached a picture of the fly in my ice. It is now 10:34. My stomach still hurts and I'm still gagging. I was nice I didn't yell or act in a rude manner (even though I had every reason to). Not sure how this can be rectified but maybe you can help me sir.

Read moreWhenever I come to this location and there is a red headed barista working I absolutely have the worst experience ever. Her attitude and the way she greets customers in general is horrible. I understand this is a stressful job because I myself used to be a barista at Starbucks but never did I act the way she does in front of customers. The first time I went there she was on the register chit chatting with her co workers the entire time and when I had a question regarding a promotion or drink she’d give me an expression as if I’m asking dumb questions or annoying her. The second time I went there she was on hot bar making drinks. She put my first drink on the counter in an aggressive way with not even calling my name. And when she made my second drink she literally didn’t even make the effort to put it all the way on the customer counter where you put drinks, it was still on the hot bar area. Read moreBarista with red hair was extremely rude to me today. I placed an mobile order at 4:06 to be picked up at 4:13. I gave ample time for the order to be completed understanding that they were most likely understaffed. However, I went up to the counter near 4:30 to ask if my order was received and the barista with red hair replied without looking at my phone where I was trying to show my order number “if it’s not over there then it’s not ready”, without even acting like she cared about the service she was giving. I have worked in understaffed conditions with a large volume of customers numerous times at my own job, and have never been inclined to treat someone who was being cordial in that manner with a rude tone or not even trying to look into their question/issue. My time and money was wasted and I hope that something can be done to reconcile the unfriendly customer service. this is not the first, second, or third time where I’ve had a problem with the customer service in both the store and drive through on numerous occasions.
