I ordered online, system is always having issues and today it errored out once the order was placed and took my money. I went into the store after calling the store for over an hour to see if the order was received and no answer to be advised that the order was not received and that my money should go back in 72 hours. To top it off that the phone for the location has not worked in over a month. I also received terrible customer service from one of the employees and she done this while on the line with the district manager of the store. Before I could leave the female said let her leave before she * =, just fill it in yourself but it was not professional. I asked for the district manager number to call myself and was advised by the district manager not that the employee that was rude and very unprofessional was being handled but that she would have to pull the cameras for the store and she will handle it, like i was lying even though she was on the phone while the employee was talking crazy to me.
I ending up leaving this location with a very sour taste in my mouth because I for one didn't have my order, for two I didn't have my funds and for three I was treated very bad and all the supposedly higher ups fall right back to the same person that was on the phone listening to the employee being very rude. I would not refer a homeless person to eat there because for one the person that was fixing the food and was rude didn't have a hair net on and didn't look clean and upkept to me, There was three other individuals there but to the end result was no help. This location to me needs to be shut down. Or needs to find new staff...

It took maybe 8mins to serve 1 person: which is fine but when the next 2 people were up, he was rude & they left without ordering. It was my 1st time in here, new to the area. I’m pregnant & I asked him to heat my meat up for double the time, because that will ensure I don’t get any food poisoning from the deli meat that you have to be extremely cautious with while pregnant. He looked at me & said you sure? Yes I’m sure. Proceeds to the additions, I asked for extra veggies of whatever I was craving & extra ranch, he said “I CANNOT GIVE YOU EXTRA” it’s policy. I have eaten in a lotttt of subways across many states. THIS IS THE FIRST STATE, where a subway has said “NO I CANNOT GIVE YOU EXTRA.” Give me my extra & charge me a dollar more if need be, but ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TELL A CUSTOMER I CANNOT GIVE YOU EXTRA. No customer service etiquette, the spinach was withered, the surface top was dirty. WHOEVER THE OWNER IS NEEDS TO EITHER HIRE NEW ATTITUDE & SERVE IT TO HIS/HER EMPLOYEES & TELL THEM TO GIVE CUSTOMERS EXTRA AT NO CHARGE. Read moreI'm actually a little on the fence about this location. On one hand I have always been geeted with great customer service. Today 8/26/15, I was greeted with excellent service despite the situation. I went in on my lunch hour and as I walked in there was only one person behind the counter making orders as fast as he could possibly go. No one else in sight. While waiting my turn several other customers came and went... due to the line and seeing only one person working... they may have lost about 25% of there business on the walkouts during the lunchtime rush hour. At about 11:45 his co-worker showed up, parked in one of the front parking spots and sat in her car. My order was complete and bagged by 11:55 and the coworker was still in her car. There was no effort made ay all by the coworker to come in and help... whether her shift started at 12 or not... or even if she was supposed to be there before.
