Restaurant made a mistake and accidentally left off two of my burgers from a big order. No big deal, mistakes happen. It's how you deal with them that defines you. I didn't get around to calling about it until two days later, and I figured they would tell me no. I was fortunate that the manager I talked to happened to be the manager on duty that day. If anyone from corporate is reading this, unfortunately, I never did get her name, but it was whoever was managing at 11 AM on the mornings of September 28th and September 30th. Not only did she make sure to write my name down, but she even offered me extra for the inconvenience, AND when I came back through earlier this week, she remembered me on her own and asked if I got my free burgers (I had come in to redeem them late at night earlier in the week). Also, I often come through and order a LOT of mushroom n swiss burgers, as they are the only mushroom n swiss burgers I've found that taste exactly like the ones that Hardees used to offer in the 90s before they were bought out by CKE, so everytime I order them, I feel like I'm reliving my childhood. Read moreAround 8pm this evening(9/20/23) I went to pick up my order. When I went to the pick up window I could see my order sitting on the counter getting cold (health code violation). I waited for 8 minutes for someone to come to the window. The girl from the drive through, brown hair, hoodie, between 16 and 20 years old I'd guess, no name tag or I'd call her out by name, came to the window and rudely said can I help you. I told her the name on my order, she sighed and said Oookay...and closed the window, walked past my order, back to the drive through. I stood there for another 10 minutes waiting for my order, which at this point was already ice cold. A young man pulls into a parking spot, walks behind me to the side of the building and enters the kitchen. He was very nice and courteous. He got my order quickly and gave it to me, but that girl ruin my night and my food. I'll not be back to this location. Seems to me that when someone goes on break, another should fill their place, not make customers wait until they return. Not to mention, her customer service skills were severely lacking.
