This was a HORRIBLE experience. When my child and I walked into the restaurant (store # 029657), we weren't greeted at all. An employee who's name is DEVON walked passed us twice without acknowledging our presence. He never said "I'll be with you shortly, Welcome to Taco Bell", nothing. When he finally decided to come to the register his response was "what do you guys wonna order"? I asked him is this the greeting you give all customers? He said "I'm just asking what you want". I then said that's okay we'll go to another restaurant because your customer service skills are terrible. He just said okay and walked away. I then asked another employee for the manager to come to the front. Once the manager who's name is TARAN SOUTHARD arrived at the front counter, I explained to him how rude DEVON had been us. Instead of him apologizing and asking what could do to rectify the situation, he began to make excuses for his behavior. I was told by TARAN that they were running thin, they were busy and short handed, and about to run out of food. He said that DEVON wasn't normally like this. TARAN never apologized for DEVON'S behavior either. He constantly made excuses for him, TARAN was asked for the District Manager's information who is KEVIN PETERSON. He's been called several times to no avail. He has not returned our phone calls, and it's been over a week now. Today makes day 9 and we still have yet to hear from KEVIN PETERSON or anyone from the Taco Bell team. I do not recommend anyone visit this location unless you like poor customer service skills and...
Read moreUpdated 12/14/24 I order on the app and about 10-15 minutes later, I show up around 2:15. There are 3 people in the lobby/empty drive thru. I walk in and nothing is in the mobile station. I look at the prep area and no one is there or in the drive thru. I'm like "hello?" About 10 minutes later a female comes to the front and pulls several receipts off the register. Then by herself does several orders including my own. The issue is that I ordered my food almost 30 minutes prior to receiving it. DoorDash guy comes in and has to get her attention to fulfill his customer's order. Three other females walk out the back, one proceeds to argue with the 1 person working, the other walks through the lobby to the restroom. (She appeared baked as it gets) Personally, I would not allow my employees to smoke weed on the clock or at the location during break. (But thats just me) I don't feel the woman manager on duty is a poor manager, I feel the company doesn't give her the tools or authority/backing to make sure her employees don't screw around and get baked during their shift. Or maybe the white female with the blue hoody isn't the manager, she just feels like she needs to work while being on the clock. The lobby was clean and the bathrooms were okay. My food was lukewarm, they need to actually melt the cheese on the quesadillas and stackers. There is also some kind of rap blaring in the prep area that I can hear over the pop mix upfront. This place really...
Read moreI came to Taco Bell January 9th, 2025 with my friends after a blues game. With immense hunger I was more then excited to arrive. Our original intentions were to go through the drive thru, but out of pure curiosity I went to check if the lobby was open. Upon opening the door, a wind of pure excitement hit me. I walked in to meet Caleb Sweeney. And was greeted with a brightness that lit every corner of the lobby. Unfortunately, when I put in my order I clicked “dine-in” unaware of my friend’s intentions to take out. I did not realize this until my name was called, feeling it was too late to change. I tried to haul things on my own. Without a lid for my fiesta potatoes and no bag for my nacho fries, I was left stunned. What could I do. Lost, confused, and on the verge of giving up, one thing came to mind. Caleb Sweeney. I waited for a chance to ask for help, and without a doubt he was there. Caleb, with no complaints, easily grabbed me a to go bag and lid for my fiesta potatoes. Even though a mistake so silly was 100% my fault, he effortlessly helped with such care, and not a single ounce of judgement. I hope every person who has worked in the fast food industry can learn from Caleb Sweeney. Such a small act of kindness can bring even the hangriest of people...
