While I we need to adjust our expectations in this new era of C-19, I was rather disappointed in the Pizza itself. While the dough & crust was well baked & good on it's own, the tomato paste not my style, & the cheese was really too sparse. Paying anywhere from $12-19 for a personal sized Pizza, some would expect more. It was mostly dough & sauce, I did throw out about 1/3 of the remaining dough...too many Carbo's for me. I did not see any condiments/spices to help it along.
The young fellow who worked there was pleasant enough. They are observing C-19 precautions as far as I could tell & the shop is quite clean.
The owner really cares about the business & did make a helpful response to this review. Apparently, it seems like quite a few people do like this more "simple" basic style of Pizza.
There is no doubt that he uses quality ingredients. They do let the dough proof for a while & that is evident in the cooked product.
The outside dining area was vacant & due to the wind, the standing Umbrella fell & almost clocked me on the head. So I had to sit in the hot sun which was not too pleasant either...so I guess take out is...

The decor is beautiful, natural accents, comfortable seating, and airy. AMBER, the gal that greeted us and made our pizza, was so informative, knowledgeable, and had such an amazing attitude she made it really fun. We along with our serious foodie friends who've traveled in Italy said thus was the best pizza they ever had! Margarita pizza out of this world this is live food as Michael said. Dough sets for hours like 72 super quality ingredients 900 degree wood oven. You have to try to believe.
