Terrible customer service/experience. No one greets you upon entry. No one thanks you for coming in. The aesthetics and decor are Zero. The whole place doesn’t have any decorations, and it looks dark and gloomy.

Another issue I had was I ordered door dash and this place sent my door dash order without the poke bowls and the masubi’s only! The dasher said the staff were trying to rush him out of there and didn’t even get me my complete order. When I called they sent my order to “fix” the issue but the guy they sent didn’t even have a bag with my order or utensils. It was TERRIBLE.

Quality is poor. The rice is always hard, the servings are never consistent. And the fish always smells old! I’ve been to other poke places and even the other poke morro down the street off Rancho parkway and the fish has never smelled old. Stay away from this place.

They made a wrong move going into the village. Their customer service is terrible and they do not have an interest in the village or community or the people. Stick to the one location off Rancho in AG. This place doesn’t belong in a cute area like the...

Used to LOVE this place. Unfortunately the service and quality has drastically decreased. Two times I have gone in about 20 min before they are supposed to close and the employees were very rude to me and told me “our boss told us to close early!” (Not to mention they are frequently closed whenever they fee like it on random days of the week) I also had bad experiences with another employee who would scoop the incorrect items into my bowl and also question me each time I said an item. They had me repeat many times what I wanted. (Not a huge deal but figured I would mention that since I have had this employee do this to me a few times) The fish itself is very hit or miss. Sometimes it is very fresh and other times you can tell they got a bit lazy with it. Overall there aren’t many poke spots in this area, so the bar was already so low. If you are used to good poke, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. If it is new to you, go here and decide for yourself (preferably on a weekend or when...

I've been going there since the old owners were there and I've tried other places. But the new owners and staff are terrible for service quality. They consistantly say they are out of mixed or toppings. The meat does not always taste fresh, especially the salmon tastes slimy and as if I'm in Morro bay smelling the ocean from the pier. If they run out of rice or a base and give you half the actual portion, they still charge you the full price for a whole portion. My last visit I was over charged two times the actual price as if I ordered multiple bowls. When I questioned the staff member about the over charge they simple shrugged it off and ignored my complaint, then having to talk with another staff member to get it fixed. If the Poki Bar was still open in San Luis Obispo, I'd...

After seeing so many poke shops traveling up the coast, I figured it was about time to try one. Am I glad I tried Poke Morro 2! It was a cute little shop perfect for a quick meal within the village. I was greeted quite promptly and the young man walked me through the process realizing it was my first visit. Very personable, thoughtful and kind service ensuring I was receiving the best experience and options - really appreciated! Now onto the poke, it was the largest bowl I have come across with toppings that were enough for +2 meals. I loved the selection, variety and all the customizable choices, not to mention they also serve light beers. I definitely pin this on my go-to list in AG for quality, value and service. Next time I’d like to try their take on pho!

Delicious little gem in a shopping center! The poke bowl had loads of options (even tofu!) and everything tasted great. The pho is made fresh, and you can tell! Also, as a cool bonus, the pickled ginger has no artificial colors! We tried this restaurant a while back, but it has improved vastly since then! Definitely recommend to try out. Pros: Excellent customer service Delicious and fresh food Comes in compostable takeout containers Pickled ginger has no artificial colors Vegan options (tofu poke bowl *note: pho cannot be made vegan) Cons: 10 minute wait for pho (it's made fresh!)Up

I was a very big fan of Poke Morro until today…I stopped by for lunch to get their amazing teriyaki bowl. As always it looked delicious and tasted amazing until I got to the chicken portion and it started tasting a little funky. I then realized my chicken was still completely raw from the inside. I then decided to call them and all I received as an answer was “oh okay…”and an awkward pause. It is very disappointing how a place with such great food could deliver such bad customer service and little to no care about serving raw chicken which is even worse.
