I realize that this is McDonald’s and five star quality is not to be expected. What is to be expected is fast… food. Went through the drive thru after placing a mobile order, thinking it would expedite my order as I was in a rush to get some food in the kids bellies. Was asked to pull forward. Waited 20 minutes and saw several others that had pulled forward get their food before me. The drive thru employee came and asked me what my order was and needed me to repeat the entire order so they could apparently remake it. When the order arrived, everything was incorrect. Fry sizes and quantities were wrong. Plain quarter pounder came with everything on it, cheeseburger only ketchup came with everything on it. I went inside to get correct items, and was basically told to wait. I waited and saw several orders given out while I continued to wait. At that point I asked for fresh fries because the ones I was given twenty minutes earlier were cold. By the time I received my food, got home and checked the fish sandwich given at the start of the order that I added extra cheese to, it had no cheese and no tartar sauce. I reached out to the store owner Juan Vera and asked a manager to process a refund and was told I needed to come back to the store to have this processed. So not only wasted thirty minutes at a fast food restaurant, but now I’m supposed to go back to get my money back? I reached out three times after this initial contact and forwarded the receipt and asked that the refund be processed. Zero response. Again I realize this is McDonald’s and not to expect five star quality. But I do hope to get what I pay for, accurately and quickly. If that doesn’t happen, I hope they make it right. Juan did not. Pretty frustrated at the lack of customer care here. Let’s be better McDonald’s. K? Ba da ba ba ba I’m...
Read moreI normally bring kids here to play and we also hold PTA meetings so we can discuss business while the kids play. The a.c. in the playroom has been broken for over a year now. Every time you ask mamngement, their excuse is they're trying to get it fixed. It's freakin' hot. The actual reason is because the owner is too cheap to do anything about it because with the huge floor to ceiling windows, I'm pretty sure it doesn' help his bottomline. Worst McDonald's ever. Go somewhere else or you'll have heatstroke at this one.
**Adding to my review. Oct 12th 2018 I took my boys to run off some energy and have dinner yesterday evening. Food was fresh and fine. 5 teenage boys without parents came into the kids playroom and sat in the booth next to us. They proceeded to fight over money, be belligerent to one another and take their sodas and slowly poured them all over the table and waited while it was all over the floor. They made phone calls to people asking for money because they wanted food. I had my son go to the front counter to send someone to clean up the floor so kids wouldn't slip on it. No one was sent to clean it up. I sat longer watching these little jerks disrespect one another and behave as if they owned the children's play area. I went to the front and requested the manager who is a heavier set woman and let her know what was going on and they have no business being back there. My son slipped in the soda on the floor and that was my breaking point. By the time we left, the lazy manager still had not sent anyone to clean up the mess. This place is a freaking joke that let's...
Read moreI showed up 15 minutes before they close the dining room to find the doors were locked. Some guy who looked like his dad was probably his uncle came to the door after I jiggled the door a few times while staring at the 2 employees behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. He said they were closed(drive thru stays open an hour later so kitchen was still fully open, so my order wasn't keeping them there longer), I said "signs says 11, I'm 10 minutes early and I've been here for 5, just let me order." He saw they I had 2 of my dogs with me and changed his excuse for being too lazy to unlock the door and do his job to "you cant bring your dogs in here". I explained that I wasn't planning on it, I would tie them up, place my order then come right back outside with them. He just turned his back and walked away from me. I understand McDonalds is inherently full of lazy people, why else would you work there? But, being too lazy to unlock a door is and too stupid to come up with a better excuse than not being allowed to bring dogs in is special and yet more proof that a full employment economy is not a good thing. 5٪ or so of the population is too lazy and stupid to work, so they should just get out of the way, collect their unemployment checks, and remain irrelevant. I hope that guy enjoyed his power trip, chances are he rode the wave of adrenaline all the way home to his sister-cousin and shook their trailer all night. I wonder if for a moment he forgot just how small and insignificant little...
