Olde Town Nutrition — Restaurant in Arvada

Abort!! My main complaint with this shop is its claim to be "nutrition" based. I was looking for a whole-food snack or brewed tea in Arvada and was excited to see the "Nutrition" part of this tea shop listed on Google maps. While the owners are bubbly and friendly, the teas they offer are powder and water Herbalife mixtures and about $10 a tea. They tote healthy and sugar-free drinks, and I asked for tea without sugar. What they didn't tell us during checkout is that the sugar-free tea was actually very sweet with some sugar alternative. The drinks come with toppings (ours had gummy bears), and they can top with Fruity Pebbles and other treats that I would not categorize as nutritious as their business name indicates. And to top it off they want you to sign up for their mailing list to purchase a tea. This place is amazing! I loved the atmosphere, super cute. Also the friendliest personal service ever! There are so many choices, everything looks so good. I got the Mermaid and it is soooooooo good!!!! It’s one of those drinks you wanna drink slow because you want every drop to last. I was very impressed with this place, parking was a pain but it was so worth it, but the lady who helped me told me I could always park on the side of the building if I’m just grabbing a drink to go! Really kind staff, I love to drink my calories so the shake + tea combo is awesome and gives me something to sip on for hours. The teas are quite big! I've gotten the cucumber lime and they add a little Tajin which I also love. I've tried the Elvis and the Tiramisu smoothies, they were both very good and just the right amount of flavor.

They are definitely sweetened somehow even though it's not sugar, so expect a very sweet flavor. I do wish they had some clearer information on the ingredients. It is clear that they use Herbalife products which you can make your own judgement there. But if you're curious to try this place you...
