I always ask for lite sauce, and they still put on the normal amount of sauce. I wouldn't recommend this place since they can't seem to follow a simple request. 6-22-24 Tried to give them another chance. The order arrived in 30 minutes, and it was the wrong order. I called the store and was rerouted to their "customer service." The girl who answered was beyond rude and told me they couldn't refund my money, only the store could do that, then she hung up on me. After 3 more attempts, trying to contact the store and rerouted each time I explained the situation to another girl who just put me on hold without warning. Donald finally fixed the problem and refunded my money and told me I could keep the pizza or throw it away or give it to a homeless person. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've had some bad luck with recieving my correct order on my last 3 visits... considering I've gone to pick up 2 of the 3 last orders, I've been able to catch the issues before leaving there store and have had them fixed, thank goodness... but that's not the reason for my review. The reason for my review today is solely based upon the young lady that has helped and cashed me out the last two times named Maddie, or Mattie. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and satisfied with the final outcome of my orders, and has shown genuine care for me and my dissatisfaction with the incorrect orders. She is a rare human being, who not just cares for the orders, but you can tell that she has worked on, and mastered her art of customer service. If I could have it my way, I would work with no one else but her from here on out... I felt she genuinely cared FOR ME. Tonight was the last straw, the breadsticks were rock hard, the marinara sauce was cold and the pizza wasn't fresh... its like their warmer does not work. I went in with a coupon on my phone and at first they said I couldn't use it because it was online only, then I told them that no where does it say I couldn't use it. then they said it would matter anyway because the total would be equal to which I replied the coupon shows its 12 dollars cheaper and they didn't acknowledge me. Even a week ago we ordered pizza and wings and the wings were literally drowned in sauce... it looked like tomato soup and we couldn't even see 1 wing... we had to stick a fork in the sauce to feel around for the wings. I cant even chalk it up to cheap food anymore... we got 2 pizzas and breadsticks for 35 bucks!
