Starbucks — Restaurant in Arvada

Olivia is a treat. Always serves with smiles, laughs and jokes. honestly the only time I come in, Is if I know she is working. The other employees seem like they have no care. The ambiance and atmosphere are levels above the weekly average when she is present. It sucks this store would have thousands of more positive reviews if everyone adopted the same attitude and passion as her. It doesn’t hurt to serve a coffee with a smile. The upper management is failing on there hiring process. Please either do better or give that shining star of an employee a promotion AND more money. I encourage people to come here more often when’s she’s working AND when’s she’s not to put pressure on the staff and upper management to do better. Give this store a chance Tues- Saturday mornings. I was surprised to find out that I was the first one to rate and review this Starbucks, and have it be a not so good experience. Just came in with a family member that needed a few things from the grocery store, and coffee sounded real good at the time and I thought I would just sit and have a cup of coffee.. Every table in the place was dirty, food crumbs, trash and spilled beverages (filthy). The guy behind the counter looked ike he just woke up or was about to fall asleep. Never have we been treated so rude at a Starbucks ordered 7 vanilla bean Frappuccino with extra whip cream extra caramel the first Thing he said was “wow you couldn’t go to another Starbucks!” Very rude! then he did not put the caramel on the drinks,like we first ordered So we mentioned that he did not put the caramel on the drinks he stated “Well I did not charge u and if we wanted it on there Im going to have to charge u” so of course we said “that’s fine” there was another customer behind us so he helped the customer that was behind us before he put the caramel on the drinks making us wait.. very rude,very disrespectful,if he doesn’t like his job he shouldn’t be...
