Wendy's — Restaurant in Arvada

Came last night at 6:15pm the line was all the way around the building moved pretty quick but got our order in and I ordered a number one meal and then separately order baconator fries paid for our food kid was nice added chili for me no problem then we get to the food window and the other kid that’s there handed us a bang and said that’s everything but the chili so I checked it and I didn’t see my fries that came with my meal so I asked him and he told me no fries came with my order because I ordered the baconator fries so they automatically put that as my order of fries when I never asked them to do then he’s like well I can just give you some fries if that’s what you want so he grabbed a small thing of fries for my large meal and the fries were basically black burnt crunchy and hard and when I asked for different ones he said he couldn’t do anything else nothing but teenagers working here and sitting on their phones when there was a line around the building this Wendy’s always has issues don’t know if it’s the management or if they even have any management but I will not be returning to this location...

Messed up on the order, there was tons of salt on the nuggets, grilled chicken wrap had three pieces of lettuce, three pieces of cheese, brought it back the girl looks at me and says oh did you want me to make you a new one? It was filthy in the back and lobby not busy at all they were all just standing around talking, the boy on the register was the only one working as we were leaving he came out to clean the lobby, manager in the office doing nothing. There was another lady in there talking my husband she had been in there waiting for thirty minutes on her food, she had went thru drive thru and had to come in food made wrong, another man when I was waiting for my grilled chicken burrito and nuggets to be made which I threw away, said he wanted regular soda and all they had was diet in the machine in the lobby had to go to the counter to get regular coke. I called to get a hold of the General Manager acted like she could not hear me hung up twice on me. Terrible customer service and food. I would not recommend this place to anyone....

It doesn't seem to matter on the time you go The service is very horrible. I can understand short staffed but to not even acknowledge the guest for 20mins and to wait so long for OLD food is ridiculous.. I went twice in a weeks span and in drive thru Edgar(according to receipt) didn't say anything for about 15 mins and then when at the window he answered his phone right after cashing me out?!?! And was away talking for a couple mins while my old food was ready to be bagged. Then inside, Dominique seemed frustrated already, shift was ending and she wanted out.. Only problem is YOUR STILL ON A DRAWER!! Also Why the attitude? And why do you have no care for presentation of food. You handed those people bags that were disgusting to touch and you were moving so sloooow!. The manager who was a shorter Asian woman was just as careless and just as slow. I seen you just throw the Supposed to be saltless fries right back in the oil to "wash" them off. That doesn't even help it just makes them soggy and gross.. I'm sad this is the Wendy's I...
