Dunkin' — Restaurant in Asbury Park

I go to this drive thru all the time when I’m running late or like this morning, just getting a small breakfast for my and my bf. Every time I go there there is a problem. I always ask for my bagel toasted DARK and every time it is warm not even toasted. I asked for cream cheese once and was given a bagel SMOTHERED in butter. I asked for almond milk steamed in my coffee, nothing else, and it comes back overloaded with sugar. That’s the past times. Today, I wanted one bagel toasted dark one regular and they gave me two regular (barely) toasted bagels. I asked for an everything at 11:30am and they “were out of them” so I asked for a poppy and they “discontinued them” Then to top it all off I sat and waited for my food and drinks and the woman just handed me an overpacked bag with nothing else to say. No have a nice day. Thank you for waiting. Here you go. Nothing was said. I said “I guess everything is in here” and she nods. I will not be going to this DD ever again and I think other people shouldn’t go until the management team there trains their employees properly and brings their service up a lot more. they are SUCKS way way BETTER THE ON ONE ACROOS WAWA ON RT 35 THE BEST AND FAST FRIENDLY DUNKING this one in Asbury we when 2 times drive thru take me forever to place my order then another 25 minutes waiting at the window for 2 medium lattes, and I guess what they was wrong and cold as hell I ask the lady to reheat please she was rude whit actitud told me they dont have microware and she can't not make another one for her the coffe was hot she also says your are not going to drink the coffe if is steam on the cup I dont even check the sandwish one croissan no toasted of course was toasted allmost burn they dont have anough staff and those who works there very rude unproffesional one time ok probably just bad day but twice???? no way going back is only 4 blocks from my house I prefer going all way to Neptune ahh but just in the morning cus in the afternoon they only have 1 guy only on the counter and drivethru also he try his best and friendly but is frustated going to your favorite place...

There was some serious drama happening today 3 pm. Took my order in drive thru but was kind of squirrelly about it. Had to repeat and clarify things several times. It was a very standard order. Pull up to find 3 employees in a very heated argument with very colorful language with a counter full of customers present as well. We were asked for our order details numerous times. Shown it on the screen confirming all large sized beverages. Still asked us what was in each. Ended up with a large and 2 mediums anyway. And only 1 was correct but had a completely wrong label, other 2 did not even have a label. Wrong drinks entirely. Meanwhile they were arguing and yelling at each other so loudly (I think some dispute about someone being on someone elseâs register and the drawer being short) so uncomfortable and stressful I thought I was in the twilight zone.
