I've been eating their delicious hibachi chicken with zucchini, carrots, and onions for several years and it is as good yesterday as it was the first time. So, if you want to get your money's worth for fast food Sakuras is the place. The consistency of quality every single time is what keeps me coming back. In fact I ordered yesterday and I'll order again today. I could eat these healthy meals every day. A good blend of taste, textures, protein, and good healthy vegetables. Good people. Really good and honest people. I have a high level of respect for the manager and her family. Don't even know her name as many times as I've been there. It only got a one because I could not give it to zero Stars. My friend and I were there today and I can tell you that it was our first time and will be our last time. As we were eating, my friend grabs a napkin and states that she found a hair in her food. Sure enough, it was a big hair. I have pictures but cannot figure out how to post the pictures. I lost my appetite instantly. All the employees were in the kitchen at that time so when one came out I called him to the table. We showed him the plate with the hair on it and he took both plates back to the kitchen. When he came out he asked my friend what she wanted him to do to make it right. Of course she stated she wanted a refund. I asked him about a refund for my plate too but he said the hair was on her plate not mine. Like I was really going to eat my food! NOT!!! Very fast service, staff was kind, helpful. Tables, chairs, and floor were very clean. Food was okay, not the best Japanese in town. Hibachi chicken lacked any flavor sadly but the white sauce was good with it. Conveniently let me substitute broccoli in place of the mushrooms. Sweet Tea was great. Open on Sundays is a huge plus since the other Japanese places in town are closed then.
