Wendy's — Restaurant in Asheboro

I wanted to give it higher stars because the food is excellent, but the customer service by the employees is way below Wendy's standards. There was a mistake with my previous order so I called and was told by the manager on duty they would replace my order. I went about 3 days later to get my free burger and Jr fries. I was told by the employee taking my order they had no manager by the name I was given. The manager had written everything down but the employee never checked that at all. Instead he asked another employee who also didn't know the manager. It wasn't until their manager came to see what was the issue that he said the other manager was a day manager. Then the first employee asked for the order again. It was made and I was given the bag. I had an uneasy feeling and pulled into a space to check the order. The burger was made with the wrong toppings. The fries were lukewarm which is not the Wendy's advertisement about their fresh hot fries. I went back through the drive through to have them correct it and they were confused as to what I originally ordered and just knew they had it right. Then when I mentioned the fries they acted like it was an imposition to fix fresh hot fries. It was the worst experience at any Wendy's I have ever...

Came into this location Sept 1st at 6pm as a normal family does. Placed order and while waiting we looked around for a table to sit at that didn’t look like it hadn’t been cleaned in 6 hours. After cleaning one ourselves we wait. 20 minutes later we were then told only drinks available were sprite, lemonade and dr. P. After that simple decision we finally received our meal. My sons order was correct and after noticing I asked if that was what he ordered and he says no but I’ll just deal with it. After questioning someone at the counter they say if he’s already Started eating they can’t remake what he wanted. Sigh….. no onto my wife’s meal. She order the pretzel burger and when she opened the wrapper it looked like someone had eaten it and then puked it back on the bun. After questioning if one of the employees would eat something like that we cut out losses and just left. Multiple issues the whole 30 minutes we were in the location and employees just laughing and having a great time while the restaurant is disgusting and no care in the world. Off to...

(Wendy’s Dixie Dr, Asheboro,NC) I rarely have problems with my orders at Wendy's. I should have drove away when I had to wait 20 mins to let them know i was here for my mobile order, When I pulled up to the window they tried to hand me someone's drink. Here is my order, I got a Number 1 single with cheese, with lettuce,(OH THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG LETTUCE TOO) mayo and ketchup, I upgraded my fries to medium, VERY SIMPLE. I also got a spicy chicken sandwich with onion added.. This is what I received. the single (was a pictured below) was a mess, I opted for the regular bun, I didnt get any bun. I had to repeat 3 times that I got a coke, before I got one. I did get the correct fries. The spicy chicken sandwich had about a full jar of duke's mayo on it... If I could give them a minus star i would. NO MORE MOBILE...
