If you’re looking for a job do not work here the managers show favoritism and are racist. I was talking to a colored girl telling me that she told the managers she had to call off because she had a court date and they fired her for that because she didn’t show up to work which is stupid because u can’t miss court dates at all which that shows discrimination and favoritism because when Caylin, Maddy, Nayana, Georgia, Liv, Jennifer called out for no reason it was okay. Also once you work here for a few months they will start to cut your days and hours off and won’t appreciate your hard work. If you’re a really nice introvert person the managers will not like you because they like people who are talkative, messy, gossiping and that’s unprofessional and even if you’re a talkative person they will cut your days. Then this girl told me that Rebecca told her if she has “secret animosity towards her” and the girl said “no why?” Rebecca said “it’s because you’re quiet and I take that as rude” and the girl felt depressed after that she said that she never had a manager telling her things like that. Some of the employees are nice but some of them be talking behind peoples back. The manager Rebecca talks shit about the manager Josh telling me that she doesn’t like him and I heard her talk to the shift leader named Emma basically making fun of him by saying “Josh makes hard eye contact” and both of them start laughing like some bullies then I heard Rebecca saying out loud that “Josh needs to hire only bubbly people” when the focus should be more on skills, experience, and suitability for the role not just personality. Rebecca is just an unprofessional manager all she does is joke around with Emma acting like bullies, work environment is toxic. Then they train us to bake the cookies super fast so that’s why they come out so raw and not decorated well. Some of the employees don’t be washing the dishes good the back is dirty and the cookies are 1,000 calories so it will make you fat. The leftover cookies from last night they put them in the refrigerator to reuse them again for the next day to bake so they’re not fresh . Some gnats be landing on the cookies. Rebecca and Emma stink so If I were you I wouldn’t work here or even eat at this place. Id give everything...
Read moreWe've enjoyed Crumbl cookies at several other locations, but our experience here was thoroughly terrible. We placed an online order a couple hours ahead of time and checked in when we arrived, only to find that other customers who had done the same thing were still waiting hours after their scheduled pickup time. To make things worse, the store employees seemed oblivious to the customers waiting in the pouring snow (including a mother with a small child), and made no effort to communicate about the situation.
I understand a bit of a wait during a busy grand opening and the staffing challenges that currently exist. What I don't understand is such thoroughly bad management. When it became obvious that families where freezing outside the door for hours waiting just to cancel an order (because the online cancellation wouldn't work and the store phone was not answered), they should have made some effort to communicate with the customers and help them make arrangements. All it would have taken was a couple of minutes for an employee to walk along the line, hand out some coupons, communicate about the wait, and offer to take the names of those who wanted to cancel and try another time. As it was, I finally got the attention of an employee and made the suggestion of a cancellation list, to the gratitude of those in line around me. The employee thankfully followed my advice, but the question of why a manager didn't think to take such a simple step is mind-boggling.
Leaving customers complaining outside your door as they are covered in snow and watching driving conditions deteriorate is not a good way to make a...
Read moreWe have came here twice, we came the grand opening and we knew we would have to wait awhile so we were okay with that. But unfortunately they were sold out of almost every flavor of cookie when we got inside. We waited and extra twenty minutes for some fresh chocolate chip cookies and they were amazing!!! We went back a second time which was 2/12/22 and the line wasn’t crazy long at all. We walked right in and there was probably about five people ahead of us. But once again all the cookies were sold out other then just chocolate chip. We really wanted the s’mores cookie and the cake batter but we were told they didn’t have anymore. The chocolate chip cookies are amazing but it would be nice when we go next time if we can actually try each cookie!! But when we do get cookies from here the girls always call are name and when we walk up, they open the box and ask us if the cookies look good! They always look amazing and neat!!! Oh yeah and they have ice cream here too!! But unfortunately they are always sold out so I haven’t been able to try it. And I believe they change the cookie flavors a lot because when we did go it has been different flavor cookies each time!!! Which is really cool! Hopefully we can come one day when we can try each cookie flavor and try out...
