Following is the feedback I submitted to the McDonald's web site regarding my experience at this location.
Sir or Madam:
We found the dining room, restrooms, and especially the children's playground at this location to be extremely dirty.
At the time of our visit, trash was all over the dining room floors and empty tables. The considerable amount of business during this time of day can explain the state of this area to some extent, but it looked like it had been some time since someone had attempted to pick up in there. An extra employee to dedicated to the dining room during lunch would help.
There could be no excuse for the men's restroom. It was disgusting. There was feces on the back of the toilet. The floor had not been mopped in some time, and the sinks were in need of cleaning. Hourly checks (which I'm guessing is the company standard) would probably have prevented the men's restroom from reaching this state.
The children's playground had serving trays, discarded paper trash, and uneaten food items underneath its main stairwell. The interior surfaces of the playground were stained from the accumulation of dirt over what had to be months of neglect. The playground should be closed immediately for as long as it takes to professionally clean it.
My family and I will not return to this restaurant.
Sincerely,
Josh Perkey

Oh we had to get wet napkins to wash off ketchup packets before we could even use them. And Flies on counter where stuff spilled and dried to it. Nasty...
Read moreThe cooks are doing great! The floor supervisor and manager on duty not so much. Name tag said Kim, Floor Supervisor and she had the worst attitude I have ever encountered in customer service. Restaurant full of people and nobody can decide whether to tell her about herself or just laugh at her. The man in front of me ordered his food and she pushed the wrong button and he nicely told her it wasnt correct so she responds with "you people" and a horrible attitude. He is not even out of the way when she tells me "well step up here and order". I was only maybe a foot or 2 behind the man and was politely waiting. Then she asks me "what do you want" so I ignore her and order my food also ignoring all her huffing and grunting like a hog ready for dinner. She rolls her eyes when I show her my code on my phone from the app which is fine with me as long as she does what she is paid to do and puts the code in. She hollered at a small family at the kiosk and told them to "just get up here and order, come on". People were watching appalled and some laughing and talking about how it was like being horribly punked and wondering if it was being filmed as a practical joke. Rudest customer service ever. The manager ignored it all. A lady had ordered at the kiosk and the staff refused to take her food to her table and instead just kept yelling at the woman to come and get it causing her to lose her table. They were slow...
