Pretty annoying waiting 20 mins in a drive thru just to miss out on a 22 dollar uber order because "it isnt showing up" and being told "no it wont pop up" despite having the order to show them. It was only 3 items. Wouldve been simple to just make the order. Had to call uber myself to make sure the next driver didnt get their time wasted cause lord knows taco bell wasnt going to do it. They said "we'll tell the next driver the same thing" when I told them its just going to send another driver if I cancel the delivery on my end. So they just waste customers time instead of just making the order and noting to the manger the issue, as other restraunts(including other taco bells) have done. Sucks for the person who didnt get their order. They obviously wanted it pretty bad if they were paying that much for it.
Update: restraunt refused to make bundled doordash order unless you go through the drive through twice(werent even big orders) when the line is to the road and already having waited in it once. Thats not how they are meant to be handled and makes customers wait unnesscarily. Orders are bundled for a reason. Its not like Im running multiple apps. Just havingsomeone pull up and bring out both together like most other restraunts would make a lot more sense. I wont be accepting anymore orders from here. Sorry yall hate your...
Read moreToday at 6pm I placed a mobile order for pick up in store at 8:15pm. I ordered 3 Encharitos Supreme with added Rice, 3 Chipotle Chicken Burittos, and used my rewards for a free Crunchwrap. When I arrived at Taco Bell 67 Tunnel Rd, Asheville, NC 28805 at 8:10pm the inside of restaurant was closed, which is not out of the ordinary. I went through the drive thru to pick up my order. They handed me my bags and we drove home. When I unpacked my food, I discovered right away the food was cold, I mean really cold like it was made at 6pm when the order was submitted even though I clearly chose that I was picking it up at 8:15pm. Why would the app allow you to order ahead of time for a later order if the employees do not follow that? So now of course I cannot eat it without taking the risk of getting food poisoning. I also discovered that I did not get what I ordered. As you can see by the pictures, I received one Encharito, and it was not a Supreme. The other 2 were Beef Burritos with sauce on them and sour cream, also not Supreme. I want a full refund and my free Crunchwrap reward added back to my account. This restaurant really should be reported to the Health Board for the Food Safety Violations that were created here. I want to be contacted and informed about how Taco Bell is correcting...
Read moreHours are incorrect. The staff choose to close early. And they're VERY rude.
Waffle House is 5 min away, open 24 hours, with much better food and a great team.
Their sign out front, the Google profile, and their website all say Open Until 1am. We walked in at 11:55 and the registers were closed, the lights off, and the staff were very rude. They said they're closed and wouldn't serve us, we would have to use the drive thru. Then talked over us when we were asking questions about the hours and the menu, and literally ran after us to lock the door. The whole time yelling at each other about not locking the door. So disorganized and rude to one another. Esp the girl we assumed was the manager.
The drive thru line was literally blocking traffic a quarter mile up the street by the time we walked out. This is dangerous, we saw multiple cars have trouble passing the longest fast food line I've ever scene. We were guests of the hotel across the street so we walked over, and as walk ins we were refused service. AVOID...
