I used to love this taco bell. It had the best staff, great food, etc. The last two times it was absolutely horrible. The first time I called the next day, spoke with a manager, and was told to come in. When I arrived (with my reciept) I was treated horribly. I was treated as if I was a scammer, the manager basically slung the food at me, and this was after she agreed to replace my meal. She only replaced two of the 4 items, granted that was the only two things that were screwed up, but in my opinion (and I'm a chef, and also have managed, cooked, and served in various restaurants my entire professional career, about 14 years) since my meal was ruined by HALF of my order being wrong, she should have replaced the entire meal. She did not, after slinging the food at me and giving me a horrible attitude she charged me for the other two items. I had money, I wasn't looking for a hand out. But when I drive past 2 other taco bells to specifically go to that one, I felt I should've been treated like a loyal customer and not a scam artist. Customers are, after all, the source of her income. Now I'm a single guy and only ever get one combo so I understand I'm not exactly keeping the lights on single handedly, but still. Tonight I figured I'd give them another chance. At the speaker a young girl was very snappy and rude when taking my order. When I got to the window I waited almost a minute while she finished her text before she opened the window, another girl took my money, they handed me my food asked if I wanted any sauce, they gave me the wrong sauce, the chips for the nachos and cheese weren't in the bag, the cheese was though, I then had to ask 3 times for my drink. And waited another minute for chips (chips that are already pre portioned and within arms length of the drive through person) and had to ask for my drink again. During all this, guess who the manager on duty was? Yes, that is correct, the same female manager who "replaced" my meal. Idk what is going on, but please bring back the manager from before. He was a bigger black guy weith dreads, and he was there for years. He was amazing. Never once in like 10 years did I ever have ANY issue with him in charge, much less the poor excuse for what has been happening recently. On top of all this, get home, and they messed up the food again. Different mistake than the last time, and I ordered the same meal, the same way, with a different side item. Very disappointed with the last two visits. I know things happen all the time in restaurants, mistakes happen, it's the nature of the business. The guy at the window was on top of his job I must say BUT 45 minutes later sweat, pain ensued followed by violent vomiting while I was driving down the hwy. My wife was able to wait several hours before her violent episodes started. Luckily she had only eaten 1 burrito. We are still debating going to the hospital since we are both extremely dehydrated, weak, with continued vomiting. This kind of food service needs to be held accountable. I know we were not the only customers on 1-14-16, nor were we the only sick customers. I will be filing a complaint with corporate headquarters for this inhumane treatment. Read moreI don't normally leave reviews, but service from this location has been so epically horrible that I feel compelled to do my part to lower their star rating and convince others to not give them money. My order from them tonight was at least the 5th time in only a few months where at least one person's food was entirely wrong. This time, I had to drive through not just twice but three times! On my third drive through, I asked for a small token of apology in the form of the cinnabon treats and the person in charge said he couldn't do that. Really?
