When going here it is alot like playing Russian roulette, 90 percent of the time the dining room is closed. Today I got lucky and was able to get in. I told the guy I wanted a burrito bowl for here. He made it to go. 2nd problem I asked for chicken, he scraped the bottom of the chicken container and came up with less than half a portion. I asked if they were getting more and he just shrugged his shoulders and pushed my order down the line. I told the cashier it was less than a half portion of chicken and he just shrugged his shoulders with no offers on fixing the situation. I guess the shoulder shrugging is part of their training program. Went to eat my meal and the chicken was mostly grizzle. Not my best experience at Chipotle. If they keep up this attitude, this store will be closed 100 percent of the time. I have been back a couple of times since. 1st time they ran out of black beans. I said are you going to get more? She said they didn't order enough. (????) Who is managing this place? Today I asked for iced tea and got some lame excuse that the iced tea "machine" is not working. ((This appears to be code for (We ran out and I don't want to bother making more) Both of these visits were at 2 PM, not at...
Read moreMy partner and I just got over the worst stomach flu we've had in a decade. 90% sure that this place is responsible. When we walked in, there were only a couple of people working there when we ate. A sign alerted us that we had to order through the app due to short staffing. I assumed the short staffing was because of the holidays. Now I think it's probably because they had a stomach virus raging through the employee pool but refused to do the right thing and close. My partner and I both woke up at 4am Christmas morning dramatically ill. So much for Christmas. We happened to share all of our other meals with friends over those days, and none of them got sick, and given the other clue, I feel confident this Chipotle is the source.
Prior to that, was just really inconsistent for a Chipotle. Sometimes good, but often weirdly off: Often out of a meat option, sometimes closed randomly, sometimes weirdly dirty inside, staff is spotty in training and quality. The burrito that made me sick was so poorly mixed that the first three bites were sour cream and lettuce. Should have known to put it down and walk out on bite two. That's on me. But don't risk your Christmas. Burrito...
Read moreI've now been to this location four times and twice I left without any food. The first time was amazing. The second time, they made all my food. I got all the way through the line after waiting on a line from a tour bus. I was eager to leave with my children and the cashier tells me I can't pay with cash. There were no signs, and no indication that this is a problem. My children and I waited 20 minutes to watch our lunch be thrown away. The third time I went, the guy chopping up all their brisket has no mask on. The fourth time I come back and there's a sign, not on the door, but on the glass at the counter stating that they're not taking cash. I asked why, and they said that there's a change shortage. I told the girl at the counter that I know for a fact that there is no longer a change shortage. She said she knew too and that she didn't know why they wouldn't just go to the bank and get more change. At least they didn't opt to throw all my food away instead of hand it to me like they did the last time their manager decided not to stock change. This particular location is not being run properly at all. Also, all the tables don't...
