The absolutely worst customer experience with Scott and the staff at this location. I wouldn't give them 1 star, but I have to pick a rating so, 1 it is. $60 order we paid for, none of the sauces or extras we paid for were in the food bags. We ordered a lot and a variety of sauces. Just 1 cup of Ranch is $4.99, and we got several of those and different flavors. Only, we didn't. So, we did what anyone would do, call the store. Once I explained the situation, I figured this would be an easy peasy fix. Simple. Not for Scott and his crew. When I called, all we heard were excuses. "Not my problem" & "There is nothing we can do." I tried my best to explain, this is not a hard problem to solve. I could tell right away this wasn't going anywhere, and yeah, of course I got ill on the phone. Wouldn't you? When I started asking for a district managers contact info, this is where things just go crazy. Scott hung up. Had no clue how to problem solve. I kept saying, just make it right? BUt, the only thing scott knew what to do was to run and hang up. I called back numerous times to get the contact info for a district manager of some type, only to get hung up on every single time. They even had smart jokes when I was calling to get someone else's contact number. on my 11th call, Scott said his manager would call me right back. Well, its been a day and no word from anyone. Did Scott just lie to me because after an hour, I had not heard from anyone. I call back, and tell scott his manager has not called, so scott throws out a number, and I am not sure if its correct or not. I do give it a try, supposedly this manager was wanting to speak to me. NOPE. He wouldn't answer either. Left a voicemail, and made 2 other attempts to reach someone who cared enough to make this right. That's not going to work with Scotts Boss. So, lets go higher. Spent the next little while searching for higher level supervision and found some and emailed them, we'll see what happens. Lets see who in this company cares enough to make it right. If I ever do, I will update this review with details. So far, nothing. silence.

When we called to try to get a refund, they first told us we’d have to come up to the store to show a receipt The next morning because “they were just too busy” AND THAT’S A DIRECT QUOTE. When we proceeded to complain and say that that was not how this kind of thing should be handled and we needed a refund they told us that it was DoorDash’s fault and we’d have to get a refund through DoorDash, even though we used the Wingstop App… mind you this was a $60-$70 takeout order, And we just received fries and corn…. I called the corporate line to complain and they still never ended up issuing a refund. TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE service in general. We asked about the size of the sauce cups. She made a circle with her finger about the diameter of a half dollar. So we ordered an extra large cup of ranch and blu cheese. When she put the order in it said two ranch, we corrected and said one ranch and one blu cheese. When we got the receipt she had charged us for two ranch and one blu cheese. They are $4 per cup. She did not tell us the combo came with two side sauces that were both twice the size of what she described either. When the food was brought out we had two 16oz containers of ranch and 1one 16oz container of blu cheese as well as the two cups of each that came with each combo.
