First, I'm going to cut them some slack because it's new years eve and we are the second to enter, but with that being said this Is still the worst experience I've ever had at an IHOP, ok for the positives, overall I liked my vanilla milkshake and the blueberry pancakes are good, but that's about it, for the negatives where do I start, first the cinnamon milkshake is awful, they put cinnamon in that's way too strong and then they don't mix it well so you just glumps of awful cinnamon milkshake slush, but I should be happy I got it in the first place because they forgot almost everything we asked for, they forgot the water I asked for, they forgot the vanilla milkshake, they forgot the hash brown and then when we asked again they gave it to us but forgot the cheese we asked to be on it, they forgot the extra ketchup we asked for, which leads into another point, they also ran out of ketchup bottles and had to go into the back and pour some into a little cup, they also ran out of mozzarella sticks, so I had to get the cinnamon dippers that had false advertisement, because they said they would also give you cream cheese icing and caramel sauce on the side but they just poured the stuff on themselves and it was way too sweet, also with the vanilla milkshake it was poorly mixed so I had to do it myself for like a minute, also they charged me 3.33$ for one cup of coffee, and the food just didn't taste like it was seasoned, and the burger I got was just bad, I got the Big Brunch Burger, first the IHOP sauce was oddly sweet, second for some damn reason they put avocado on it so had them take it back, they returned and said that they removed it and replaced the bun and bacon, which isn't true because I found bits of avocado on the bacon that I had to scrape off, third, the bun they replaced the avocado one with was stale, fourth, the burger meat tasted like it was from Great Value and was rough and flavorless, also the crispy breakfast potatoes were just ok but had only salt and no pepper, and also weren't crispy, overall I hated it, go to the IHOP on Airport...
Read moreWe came into this restaurant with a pretty low expectation, but somehow the experience was even worse than expected. What I will say on the front end is that the staff were all quite friendly and pleasant. Upon arrival, we were told that we couldn't sit because while they had tables available, they did not have any silverware. So we waited, and eventually they rounded up 2 sets, and gave us a third that was to go plasticware. Once we had our table, we each went to the restroom and I was nothing short of shocked at the condition/cleanliness of the place. Literally trash, paper cups, napkins, food strewn everywhere on the floor. I spent nearly two decades in food service and I've never seen the front of house of a restaurant in this condition. That of course begs the question that if that's the shape of the areas you can see, what on earth must the back of house look like? The food took a while, but looked fine upon arrival. Unfortunately, we soon discovered our son's pancakes were not cooked inside, actual runny batter oozed out of it. The spinach in the omelets was gritty, like it hadn't been washed; we asked for veggie sausage, but they were out; ordered a biscuit with honey, but they were out of honey; the biscuit was horrible in every way, as was all of the rest of the food. We're not the kind of people to waste food, but we left 75% of the $60 worth of what we were served sitting on the table. Not in a million years will we ever go to another IHOP. If you're reading this and looking for food in the area, do yourself a favor and go up the street to Cornerstone and get something that's...
Read moreWorst experience ever! My daughter and I got there and told the host that there would be three of us. My mom was meeting us as well but not there at the moment. The hostess obviously seeing there was only two of us still sat us at a booth. A different waitress came over and got our drink order. She then came back with our drinks and asked if we were still waiting on the third party. I said yes she is on her way. After another five minutes the waitress came back and rudely asked if the third party was coming and that they don’t seat customers without the whole party being here. Which I totally understand that but it wasn’t my fault they went ahead and sat us knowing that the third party wasn’t with us. I went ahead and ordered because she was so rude. It was only a ten minute time frame till when we were seated until my mother arrived. Right after I ordered my mother walked in. The waitress then took her order of strawberry crepe’s. The conveniently the manager brought us our food and then I explained that I didn’t deserve being rudely spoken to because we were seated knowing are whole party wasn’t here. The manager didn’t seem to care how her staff treated the customers and nothing was said but ok and continued to give out our food. My mothers “crepes she ordered was basically flat dough with strawberries on top and nothing inside. My mother politely asked if this was how they were normally served and the waitress yes they did away with the filling part . Long story short it was the worst experience I have ever encountered and will never go back there. And they don’t deserve a single star. It made...
