Anthony's Italian Pizza #2 — Restaurant in Ashland

Went to website on their paper menu handed to us by the hotel clerk. Ordered. Delivery was pretty fast! Great! No silverware to eat the pasta or salad. The burger I ordered was made wrong and so dry... unhappy. Call the store to see if it would be corrected, was told I had to call doordash... reminded again i went to their website and ordered from their menu and had spent about $50+/- and was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them... even said I was just hoping to get my order correct... was then told the website is very confusing and that it makes it difficult for people to order their food right... so I ordered my food wrong I guess... didn't want to waste anymore breath on the young lady who was on the line because it was obvious that she was not interested in just remaking my burger and sending silverware to eat with (thank goodness I pack disposable silverware when I travel) but she made sure to tell me that "if I ordered online again to make sure to..." and I couldn't even believe she was now instructing me on the next order I am sure will never be placed. Tired Traveler with no energy and plenty of money to waste I suppose. I hope locals are...

I don’t have enough words to explain how amazing this place is. My little family was driving home from our vacation & needed some dinner. We stopped at one chain pizza restaurant that didn’t have dine in seating, a bar & grill that didn’t open until 6 (even though the doors said 4 & we got there at 5), another bar & grill that didn’t have any high chairs, and ANOTHER pizza place that only had one table along the front of the store. We looked one more time, hangry toddler in tow, for somewhere that had pizza. Lo & behold, we find this gem. We were greeted with a smile, from the owner I’m assuming, who grabbed us a high chair right away. We ordered our pizza & drinks. They bring out the pizza & they ALREADY CUT A SLICE UP for our toddler! The waitress was super sweet & on top of her a-game. The pizza was amazing & if we ever find ourselves back in the area, we will for sure be finding our way back to Anthony’s! Thank you SO much...

NEVER will I ever order from ANTHONY’S PIZZA again. We usually get the same things everytime, and usually get a knock on the door or phone call. They left my food out in a lawn chair and I ordered a pizza I don’t want bugs in the food i just ordered and then didn’t have everything I ordered. I have been going there for years and tonight I was treated with such disrespect. The guy stated he was the owner and his name was carlos, he hung up in my face multiple times, tells me he doesn’t want my business bc I asked for what I ordered. If this is how they run their business and treat their long term customers that try to support community businesses then I wouldn’t take my family in there. Not only that he had his driver pick up cups of ice I ordered from a hotel they delivered at. Really?They have definitely lost a customer for sure bc I’ve spent to much money to be disrespected like that....
