Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Ashland

Where do I start, we walked in and the place is so cluttered we weren't sure were the line started. After waiting for a few a guy asked what we wanted with nothing more then a bad attitude. Not to mention the menu was super bland. So we ordered a regular Italian and regular steak and cheese. As the guy was taking care of the guy infront of me I watched multiple flies land on my sandwich multiple time as it was sitting on the nasty counter and the guy even wafted the flies away while making eye contact with me. Oh lets not talk about where they keep the meat and cheese. Absolutely DISGUSTING. probably a health code violation. By the time the guy asked me what I wanted on it I had lost my appetite. The lettuce had like little bacon pieces or something in it. Theres was a different guy at the register and he was nice but that's the only good thing I have to say about this run down Jersey Mike's. I’ve been coming to the Jersey Mikes forever and I’ve NEVER EVER felt so degraded than my last visit on 1/20/23. I ordered a number 3. When asked what I ordered for some reason the lady didn’t believe me. She opened my sandwich to make sure what I said was what I ordered. There was a line of people ahead of me not once did she open their sandwiches to verify their orders. It made me feel as if I’m lying to her. The look on her face when my sandwich matched the one I said was priceless. Instead of the lady apologizing we then get into a shouting match after I asked her why did you take my sandwich out of my bag and open it? She stated she wanted to make sure the person making the sandwich did it right. Lol that makes no sense when we as customers literally watch them make our sandwiches. This was a older lady avoid her at all means she was rude and nasty. A long time customer and I usually only get smiling faces and a great tasting sandwich but today was one for the books total...

ORDERED 4 SUBS @ 42 DOLLARS - WHEN WE ORDERED THEM WE USED THE ONLINE WEB SITE. WE WENT AS FAR AS LABELING EACH SUB WITH THE NAME OF THE PERSON THAT PLACED THE ORDER FOR EACH SUB. WHEN WE GOT THEM, EACH SUB WAS LABELED INCORRECTLY. THE WHOLE POINT OF LABELING THEM TO BEGIN WITH WAS TO PREVENT SOMEONE FROM TOUCHING OR ACCIDENTALLY BITING INTO SOMEONE ELSE'S SUB. WELL THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED - EACH SUB WAS NOT LABELED CORRECT AND EACH SUB WAS EITHER HANDLED OR BITTEN INTO BY MISTAKE - A MISTAKE MIND YOU THAT WE DIDN'T MAKE! WHEN I CALLED THE STORE AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER ABOUT IT SHE SIMPLY BRUSHED ME OFF AND SAID WELL THE SUBS THEMSELVES WERE MADE CORRECTLY AND JUST BECAUSE THEY WERE LABELED WRONG BY HER ASSOCIATE THERE WAS NOTHING SHE WOULD DO FOR US!
