McDonald's — Restaurant in Ashland

Everything was ok until we received our food and realized we are missing a burger. It's McDonald's, they are always messing up. Went back to the window to let them know some boy in black named Caleb said he put it in there and at first refused to fix it. I went to give him the bag back to check and the boy Caleb told me to pull forward and he will bring it out with a attitude. A different worker handed me my food and I asked her what is that boys name. She told me Caleb then rolled her eyes and walked away. As I was pulling off, Caleb came out in a very aggressive manner. Went this evening and ordered 7 meals with 7 milkshakes as soon as they handed me the milkshakes they was watery like they had been sitting for hours went back through to let them know and see if they would make new ones they said it’s because they sat there awhile and wouldn’t make new ones.
