This use to be my favorite taco bell, I pass by plenty on my way there from south point, but since the remodel I have had 2 terrible experiences. 1st one a few weeks ago, husband got 2 volcano burritos had no volcano sauce on them, then tonight we had to ask the person taking our order to please remove the chicken quesadilla meal that was on the screen that we didn't order then asked if they were still making the volcano burritos to which the person replied yes so we ordered 2 of them and ended up with 2 volcano tacos instead. Also, tried to order cinnamon twists which we got the reply we are all out of them for the night, they still had about 4 hours of business left and I'm sure they wouldn't take that long to make up just a few bags. Read moreEver since they reopened their indoor services are terrible. They messed our order up last time and told us to return today for a replacement there was 6 people in line just waiting to get their orders taken. I stood there 20 minutes and employees running around getting orders to drive through. 3 ppl left and one used the kiosk. We needed to talk to someone about the replacement so couldn’t use the kiosk. The guy in front of me was getting very mad and I don’t blame him. It was crazy ridiculous. This is the second time I’ve been in since they reopened and both times no one was taking orders up front but we only stood there maybe 5 minutes the first time.
