Went to Sleep Outfitters today in Russell simply doing my research before I purchase a new mattress. Once there, I met with employee Danielle Wellman. Very quickly I could tell that Ms. Wellman knew her stuff! After asking a few starter questions to get to know mine and my wife’s sleep patterns/positions, she readily showed me several possible matches. She was very on-point and descriptive for each style/brand of mattress and readily had answers to all my questions. It was very impressive the amount she knew about each mattress, pros and cons (for what we needed), the materials used in the mattresses, and how they were constructed. She never had to refer to online or a manual to answer any question and I was very impressed. In the end, we were able to find our new mattress and she got us hooked up with a delivery for tomorrow! Extremely satisfied, and I encourage anyone in the market for a new mattress, please at least give this lady a chance to show you a few. If anything, you will learn a lot about brands/models and styles and what may work...

Our experience started by meeting with Danielle at the store. She was very knowledgeable and knew just what we were looking for!!! She showed us everything we needed to know and was also a pleasure to work with! 10 outta 10 recommend her for your in store needs! Eric from the warehouse went above and beyond to fit our delivery schedule needs!!! My fiance and I work opposite crazy schedules and with 4 kids we are sometimes hard to catch at home. He made a couple calls and BOOM was able to arrange the delivery date that we desperately needed. Robert and Luke delivered our bed and were super friendly and fast! Due to the situation, these 2 guys drove over 2 hours away to get our bed and brought it straight to us. They got us all set up and even after all of that driving still had smiles on their faces!! I cannot even begin to describe what a wonderful experience that my husband and I had with Mattress Warehouse in general and with Justin specifically. The level of customer service we received was unmatched; I haven't seen this kind in decades!! Justin was so helpful when we were shopping for a mattress: we told him what we were looking for, he showed us the different brands, types, etc all the while giving features and benefits of each. (I'm in sales myself, and really appreciated his style!). He gave us plenty of time to test whatever we wanted, and was not pushy at all, which is super important to me. After we made the purchase, he kept us fully informed of the delivery details every step of the way, even sending us the names and pictures of the delivery guys!
