I get the traditional (aka Italian) cappuccino with micro foam. On enquiring the cashier if they can make it, the cashier didn’t have any idea about it but the owner and barista said yes they can make it. How can they refuse the business, right? And when it comes to delivery the barista and the cashier handed me a regular dry cappuccino - I politely refused. So then the barista tried her half best to make something and deliver. She didn’t even try to foam up fresh milk etc etc - just use what she did before. The foam was just okay-ish. The shot was overly extracted and bitter. Read moreRoCo was wonderful. We were immediately greeted upon entering. This was during COVID-19 so there was only seating outside. The mocha was delightful and the ham & cheese turnover was tasty. We sat outside and enjoyed our yummies under the awning which includes a gas fire pit. Good to know for the cool and cooler days ahead of us. They have a variety of things to eat but can sell out. Like the chocolate croissants. They even have a selection of adult beverages to enjoy. Beer, wine, cocktails, cider. We shopped their little section of plants, books, mugs, magnets, earrings, etc. A great locals place. Now that I'm a local, I'll be back time...
Read moreStopped here while on vacation. The ambiance and location are perfect. Great outdoor seating. Customer service was good. The gentleman working the register was super friendly and lovely, but one of the gals making the drinks definitely was having a day. I hope she feels better. :( I ordered a chai and it was not good. I think if I had gotten a coffee or one of the other drinks, it would have been a winner, but it tasted like warmed eggs with cinnamon. My boyfriend said the black coffee was good though, and everything looked amazing! Maybe just a one-off day...
