Very poor service. For at least three weeks I have called them leaving messages at "technical support" (prompt 3). I did this three times but no one called me back. Finally I called prompt 1 for new service and left a detailed message with a live person who said she would relay to the techies but still I got no call. I called back but I was angry and the call didn't go well. When the girl told me no one else was having the problem I knew I was being lied to. Still I called ashland fiber to inspect my cable, they found no damage and said they would call homenet. Then I finally got a call from homenet and hear more lies. But they said they were having a certain problem with a specific station and working to resolve it. Read moreI use Rogue Broadband (part of Ashland Home Net) and the internet service is exactly as advertised. The connection is much more stable and faster than anything CenturyLink can offer here as well. Also the 24/7 technical support is awesome, kind, and informative! It's something you could never find in a 'big-business' ISP.

The internet has crashed several times (that I know of) over the last four months, and often when it IS working, it is low quality.
