Nice little store with good food and drinks that can be consumed on-site either in their cozy indoor or outdoor seating areas. Sadly, the Green New Deal sandwich is not that much of a good deal. I'd expect much more for such a name and price. I expected vegetables but looked more like traces of onion with cucumber. As a vegan, I'd expect the usual lettuce and tomato too as minimum. Very pricey for what we got. Some of the cheaper meat sandwiches come with more veggies. Make sure to get your scones on Mondays. That's when they're fresh and deliciously. They get dryer and harder each day beyond that until they're sold out. Sadly, the price is fixed throughout the week whereas they should get cheaper and cheaper each day till...

First off this store is nostalgic for me, so I absolutely love that they kept the name, with a bonus of naming the deli after the cutest little rescue boxer Mac! The layout is great, rustic, comfortable, homey. Whole milk, local flowers, Vegan and meat options options on the shelves and at the deli. I saw on facebook that the soup today was a vegan lentil, so I came over from Long beach to try it out, it was delicious with fresh carrots and celery. I also tried the black bean soup that was pretty spicy, and equally good. They did a great job with the lay out and decorating, I love the antiques all around, super friendly staff and owners, I wish them decades of greatness! I'll be back...

Wonderful lunch spot!

Will wanted a hot pastrami sandwich...which Peter Pan Market and Deli does not have on the menu. So they warmed up some pastrami for Will and made him a custom sandwich.

I had a fabulous grill cheese panini with tomatoes and red peppers. Best grilled cheese I've ever had outside of the Tillamook Creamer version.

Topped off our meal with a couple different Buoy beers -- the IPA and the Pilsner.

Took some chocolate cake and carrot cake home for later.

Everyone was super-friendly and kind to us. We had a lovely lunch experience.

And now I know where to come back for some Harissa pepper sauce and some extra-cute...

Great option for a sandwich in Astoria. Gluten free bread is available and sandwich fillings are fresh. Sandwiches automatically come with a pickle and either potato (gluten free) or macaroni salad. Just remember to get utensils and napkins on the table by the door before leaving. There is indoor and outdoor seating available as well as to go ordering. Soup, cold beverages and snacks for sale also. I have gotten the cold Roast Beef Sandwich for hiking the Cathedral Tree trail and the toasted Roast Beef FTW Sandwich to picnic at the Column. Both were tasty and would order either again.

This little market is so cute but it's also pricey. They've got basic necessities like tp and bread, but very little selection. It's mostly local and specialty items, which I appreciate even if the prices seem a bit steep. The staff was really friendly and the deli made me a delicious sandwich and mimosa. It was a very pleasant place to hang out, eat, and watch the rain. $9 for a moderately sized sunrise mimosa seems a bit much to me but I'm guessing it's to cover high quality ingredients and the wages of the wonderful staff. The wine selection was very impressive.
