Eat at your own risk. This place is beyond disgusting. I ordered a plate with enchiladas and a shredded beef taco took three bites sat the taco down and four soaked and bloated flies fell out. I threw it out at that point and waited for the three day party that ensued. Food poisoning is never fun, but there is just that extra special feeling you get with 110psi diarrhea and the simultaneous need to vomit for an unyielding 8 hours. But hey this was so bad that even when the runs ends.. That just marks the begining of three days off swelling and hives.. All that said, you do you.. Just keep in mind when you order, what you've eaten the last couple meals and give some thought to exactly how you want to relive those meals.. Fondly? or the latter? *UPDATE: In my most recent visits, all customers were wearing masks! Thank you, Garcia's! Try the enchilada sauce -- it is amazing! ORIGINAL REVIEW: On at least 2 visits I have seen customers not wearing a mask in Garcia's. The staff all wear masks, so I don't know why the person working the register does not ask customers to also wear a mask. If you have a sign that says masks required, you must enforce it. If they refuse, ask them to leave. Wearing a mask is a state mandate, common courtesy, and the safe thing to do during a pandemic.
