I love this place! People was amazing sweet & very helpful! Especially the woman name CECE! She was so sweet and so very helpful. I got in through the drive thur and i told her im hard of hearing i cant hear very well can i roll up to your window so i can read YOUR lips And im pretty sure she said yes of course you can because my friend told me thats what she said so anyway i came to,THE window and there she was CECE all smiles very happy. She help me and took her time. Since it wasnt busy that day. And i asks her if they was hiring and she said yes and explain what to do and how to apply. At first i asked her can they hire me knowing im deaf! She immediately smile and said yes! Cause i told her there was a couple places that wouldnt hire me cause of that! I gave 0 stars for our experience this evening. We placed an order thru uber eats as we are here visiting the UGA campus for a tour and we are from south GA. When our Uber driver got our food to u,s from which he was really quick getting it to us, our food was placed in a plastic bag instead of a paper bag sealed and placed into a plastic bag, our fries were all dumped out in the bottom of the bag. I tried a fry and it tasted like it wasn't fully cooked and almost rubberish like. We didn't bother even opening our sandwiches. Our drinks were wrong as well and the condiments requested were not in the bag. We chose not to eat the food and are currently trying to get someone on the phone at Arby's, but yet to get and answer. I eat out A LOT and have been to this Arby's location easily a hundred times over the years. I have never written a Google review for anywhere before, but this experience was so wonderful that I HAD to write one.

I had a non-expired coupon that I wanted to use for a non-typical Arby's sandwich (it wasn't something easy like a roast beef sandwich). Veronica informed me that the sandwich I wanted to order was no longer available, but suggested a comparable option. She also offered suggestions on how to make my sandwich more like what I wanted. When she rang it up, the price was exactly what I was looking to spend.
