The Vietnamese coffee is STORE BOUGHT!

Came here a while ago, ordered a Vietnamese condensed milk coffee. Thought it was going to be good, then saw a worker pour it from a bottle of store bought coffee RIGHT in front of me. I paid $6 for a SMALL coffee I could have bought from a supermarket???

Even though all they did was pour coffee into a cup, tried to give it another chance anyways. But service is SLOW. Whenever I come in the line moves slower than a snail. And it's not even worth waiting because even if the line is short, the drinks taste TERRIBLE. Strawberry milk tea looks and tastes like vomit.

Drinks are NOT like the ones from Ding Tea Duluth, which are ACTUALLY good.

This was my first time drinking boba tea, but let me just say, I received the best customer service in my 20 years of living. When I walked in, I was totally lost and had no idea what to order, but the barista's instantly recognized this and came to my rescue. They expertly and professionally explained how their ordering system worked and how to make a delicious combination that will satisfy all my taste buds. They even recommended an amazing drink called the winter melon I think. Nonetheless the atmosphere was very welcoming for new comers and really enjoyed my boba tea ordering experience. What ever these barista's are getting paid, GIVE THEM A RAISE, cause they defiantly...

the owner replied that I will get a large milk tea on the house on my next visit, and I DID get a free one with a proper seal today! I’m happy to see their improvements, so I’ll give them at least a 7 out of 10!

Here’s my original post: I can’t even... I specifically asked them to seal the bubble tea properly this time after yesterday’s incident when I was taking one of their unopened drink home and it spilled all over my car due to improper sealing. I did not complain about it, did not ask for a refund, I simply asked them to seal it properly this time. And it happened AGAIN today. I can’t even.. Definitely can’t drink it cuz no seal means...
