Like others have said, margarita didn’t taste like it had alcohol. For 12$ each, it’s hard to buy more than one. I ordered the barbacoa burrito and the meat was good but omg there was so much beans in my burrito is could not enjoy it. I was eating a bean burrito with just a little bit of meat. There was no reason for so much beans in the burrito. I also ordered the chorizo beans as a side, as I didn’t know how much beans was going to be in the burrito, and they had no flavor of chorizo. I asked to switch out my side for Mac and cheese and yikes. It was noodles with some melted cheese. There was not so much sauce as there was just plain noodles with melted shredded cheese. Honestly all they have to do is use the Queso for the mac n cheese with a sprinkle of shredded and you got Mexican Mac n cheese. We also ordered the Queso and guac. We came in for drinks and chips and queso before a concert. The queso was served in a large bowl (we ordered the smaller of the two sizes, so we were surprised it was so big). Chips were fresh and crunchy. Salsa was good. I ordered a sangarita and my husband ordered a frozen margarita. Both served in large plastic cups and tasted great.

However, I feel like the price point was a bit high for a casual Mexican place where you order at the counter. $14 for a quesadilla with a side was surprising. Cocktails started at $9. The only thing that was good was my alcoholic beverage. Smh I really didn’t understand why when you come in Taco Mama. They give a menu’s but don’t direct you your site.So they can take the order at your table. Instead of feeling rushed to get my order in. First I ordered 2 beef hard tacos, they gave me one hard taco and one soft taco. The cheese wasn’t even melted on my tacos. Second I ordered a beef quesadilla, the ground beef in both was so salty.
