As of today, I recognize that this is a new store. I had once called and there were some red flags about the customer service that the employee can only help what she was being led to do by the store owner/ manager. I was dissatisfied and thought Iād give them close to a month to order. Hereās my experience ordering from them.
I saw a deal on Uber Eats for Free 20 Wings for $25 purchase(this is weeks after I had called the store), and thought Iād scoop a deal! I ordered my wings to be well done and wanted the extra cooking time. When I received my 30 wings and veggie sticks, I was completely disappointed in the taste of it, and it took a friend of mines to tell me how stale they were, and that they look like they were fried hours before they reheated and plated. I received my refund, and was so utterly disappointed that the service allowed low quality food.
This is disappointing. Not only has your establishment waisted my time and your time, for you did not receive my money, but the leadership is exposed, making me and possibly others feel that all you care about is money flowing rather than being of consideration and care to others lives.
Humbly, and without Judgement, Iām saying this: "By humility and the fear of the LORD are riches and honor and life." Proverbs 24:2.
It isnāt wrong to want better for yourself and your family, though when that is your highest priority, errors begin to unfold, as the one who boundlessly loves us all is not being loved back as the HIGHEST priority, as that belongs to The LORD. Shortcut on quality for success, takes away the righteousness The LORD provides, and it that does take time! Continue to know that the grace of God when God is the Highest Priority takes trust in him and dedication to the quality rather than the quantity. I canāt judge yuh since I too fall short! So out of love, the Word had to come through.
Iām not sure if thereās a group of Wingstop store owners on WhatsApp or Discord or Facebook, but Iām sure there are resources available to receive the help you need. I donāt know how to operate wingstop or fry chicken myself, but I do know that excellent Customer Service with interpersonal Communications keeps loyal customers, even the ones that arenāt always so trusting, and I say that from 7-8 years of experience.
Keep at it! I know...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe only redeeming quality of our experience was that the food was warm and the order was correct.
First off, the girls at the registers continuously tried to conclude my order instead of being considerate or helpful. The girl even asked if that was all after i made one wing order and two of us are clearly standing there. We ordered 2 corns. She originally charged for two smalls which is the same amount as one large. It was an unnecessary 3 dollar charge for the same amount of food. We love the corn, so im glad i cleared up that we wanted two large orders. We waited over an hour to get two orders of wings and two orders of corn. While waiting, we noticed so many absurd actions of the staff.
For one, people in the kitchen were wiping their face, touching their hair and scalp, and scratching their nose, while pulling food in and out of bags. I didn't see one person wear a hair net or gloves, and nobody washed their hands.
They were so behind, they started turning walk in guests away, but the 5 girls at the register weren't helping the problems at all. Instead of assisting guests or helping out the kitchen, they socialized with each other, drank drinks at the register (in clear view, right in front of guests waiting an hour+ for food), and they too were touching their hair/face and one was biting their nails quite often. Its repulsive, and nobody seeing that would want her near their food. I only didnt cancel my order today because we were an hour in on the wait and just committed to getting the wingstop we had waited months for. That was my mistake.
The girls were slamming bags of food around, so I can assume the food inside the bag was as messy for everyone else as it was for me. If I could give 0 stars, I would, even though the food was ok. First and last time dining here. The 100 health code score is a joke or it was a grade before any opening. And honestly, if im going to wait an hour and a half for the food, the next wings craving we have will either go to 1 of the other 100s of wings places around or opening soon, or we will just drive an hour to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store is brand new to the area. I used to visit my local location in Kennesaw regularly. So my review is in direct comparison. First. Staff was awesome!! The guy that took my order, Tyrae did an amazing job with a huge smile on his face. Thank you for that welcoming experience Tyrae! My order was the exact same as always. I placed my order as a walk-in, to go. I waited for my order. My ticket time was almost 20 minutes. This might be a complaint with others, but not here. I know first hand how the back can get bogged down with online orders. I was happy to see all hands on deck back there making the dream happen. I say that jokingly. I know how chaotic these times can be. Only advice is consider scheduling at least one front of house or server assist to man the dining room during rushes. Also do a once over before open. Both tables I sat at were loose. That can be a problem waiting to happen. Now for the food. I ordered boneless wings. Not sure if I got the bottom of the bag, or if this is the new Wingstop standard, but these were barely Burger King chicken nuggets and were wayyyyyyy over cooked. The fries were soggy as if they had been sitting under the hot lamp for well longer than than they should have been and were luke warm. All in all. The food was definitely not worth the money paid. I hate to say this place already fell victim to Athens-isation. But I guess it is inevitable. Otherwise. Excellent experience. I think once this team gets their sea legs, they...
