I don’t know what happened here in the last few months but this place has went down hill quick. If there’s new staff or management, they are doing a terrible job. Went through the drive thru, had to repeat my order of a Zax snack dipped in tongue torch, signature sandwich meal no zax sauce and a sweet tea, 3 different times. Was told to hold… waited several minutes, had to repeat order two more times and was told just to drive around, no total. Get to window have to repeat my order again. The girl at the window is extremely rude, tells me the sweet tea is brewing so I’m just going have to get something else if i want a drink. Get food, order is wrong, tell the girl at the window, she takes the plate and slammed the window so hard it bounced open. She comes back and ask what’s wrong with it. Tenders were supposed to be dipped. Tells me she’ll just give me a sauce and I can do it myself. I say I’d rather just have it the way I ordered it. She yells at some poor girl to get it fixed, but tells her the wrong sauce so when I correct her she just slams window again. Comes back again and tells me she gave me the cheddar bites that the car behind me order and she wants it back cause she needs to give it to them…. They tell me to pull forward, which I do, wait several minutes for my corrected order. Get home, so frustrated with the situation. Call for the manager, told to write DayShaun on the ticket and come back to get a replacement meal. A week later my husband goes up there to get the replacement meals. They mess up both meals again, he’s there for 30 minutes trying to order two, to go meals. The fried pickles he got were so burnt we couldn’t even eat them. Read moreWorst Zaxbys I’ve seen. Ate there on 11/27/24 at 1229 PM. The lady taking my order (Sierra F per my receipt) was unbelievably rude to every customer. All of the customers just looked at eachother in shock. It was almost like it was a prank. I know everyone has a bad day so I placed my order without incident. Went to get my drink and the Coke was out. I told them at the register and what appeared to be the manager said they were out of Coke. I went to get a straw. No straws. I asked the lady at the register for straws and the actually growled! She gave me some straws. Got my food in a reasonable amount of time. Went to get napkins. No napkins. Asked the gentleman behind the counter for some. He responded that they were out of napkins! I went and got some paper towels from the car. The food was great. Props to the folks cooking. Maybe promote them to management positions and fire your current front staff. I’ve worked in the restaurant business and I know it’s tough but this is up there as the worst service and most unprepared management I’ve seen in my life. I don’t want any free food just wanted to let you know what kind of people you have ruining your business. Read moreLast night my girlfriend and I ordered about $30 worth of food from Zaxbys through the app. Once we arrived, they said they couldn't find the ticket. We ordered through the app, paid, had the order pulled up and showed them, and they kept telling us that they couldn't find the ticket, and because of that we weren't going to get our food.
The manager who spoke with my girlfriend kept insisting that the ticket never came through, and for that reason they wouldn't be able to make the food. This didn't make much sense, and we were never given a proper explanation. They didn't refund the order, nor did they make the food for us. We had no problem waiting, and we were wondering why the food couldn't just be made then (since we had proof that we paid, and had the order pulled up in front of them). It was very frustrating to not receive an apology, or even a resolution to the situation from the manager. At one point she had her back turned to us with her arms folded, telling her staff to "act like you're busy".
It was very unprofessional and I won't be returning here. It was such an odd situation that honestly still doesn't make sense to me. They took our money and didn't give us the food, didn't offer a refund, nothing. I will go through the proper channels to hopefully get my money back but I'd never go back to this...
