Wish I could give a negative score. Came about 10 minutes before closing. I get that this is quite late and we actually rushed over to give them more time. We walk up to the door and a girl cleaning in the front of the windows run towards the door. She locks the door right in front of us as we walk in and try the door. It is locked and her and another female employee stand there and just look at us. I then go thru the drive thru, its now 9:55. Automated message says they're closed. No big deal, we decide to go take our money somewhere else. As we are driving away, we see the employees laughing and making fun of us. Now I am upset. I give a call and ask to speak to a manager. Guy who answers said he's the manager. I ask him what time they close. He says 10. I ask why doors were locked at 9:52. He says they close on computer time. I said ok what time does your computer say it is. He says 10:03. It was 9:58 at the time of call. I say then why 6 minutes ago would you close if the computer said 9:57. This is lie #1. He then says he doesn't know. I ask when his general manager comes in. He says he doesn't know. Lie #2. I ask again. He said he won't tell me. I ask for his name. No response. I say hello 3 times with no response. I say "Are you really gonna ignore me?" He responds with yes and hangs up the phone. I call back and ask for his name. He says Frank. Probably lie #3. I say when is your general manager in. He states 7 PM. Lie #4. I say thats a lie and he says yeah it is he's in at 3PM. Probably Lie #5.    Read moreI went into the store to pickup a Doordash order and was told the order was not in the system. So I was asking if they could place the order themselves. They would not. I try contacting Doordash Support and while contacting support a Blonde Female Manager (not the GM) tells me to basically cancel my order, I have never canceled an order and like to make sure I deliver my orders. So I stay there still waiting on Doordash Support. She then walks away for a bit like maybe 2 minutes and comes back up to me repeating the same thing and I try to explain to her that I was waiting but she doesn't give me an opportunity and tells me to get out of her store. I ask can I speak to the GM and she says they are not in right now and she is the manager. I then asked if I could show her something (Doordash Support responding) and she keeps repeating get out of my store.    Read moreI was disappointed today when I went to get the new hush puppy battered fish sticks and my total for three orders of five fish sticks was $28. ( we did order two drinks and two fries also) but I didnât complain about price. The thing that upset me was that when I asked for tartar sauce I was rudely told that they were out because the fish sticks were supposed to off the menu by that date. No one offered me any other sauces in replacement and my fries were cold. Also, our drinks were topped with milkshake lids and could have easily spilled. I am a very understanding person and it would have been fine if the matter had been handled differently.
